Wow.... a good thing I was watching this on big iMac. A laptop would not do the video justice.

Well, I just added a place to visit on my bucket list. Thanks for the video. I had seen the planet Earth documentary, a must see.
CL4, you think it looked good on your monitor. Put it on a big screen in HD. WOW.

Lstream, That is interesting. I also have an HD projector with a 110" Vutec screen. When watching shows like Planet Earth or Saturday night college football, I feel immersed in the program.

There is something about bridges that mere buildings can't express. I'll leave the balloons for another year. Its a bit windy up here. The Mackinac Bridge is the biggest bridge I've had the pleasure to visit. A classic...The Chain Bridge in Budapest ( walked over it this week!) www.filmapia.com/sites/default/files/filmapia/pub/place/ChainBridgeBudapest.jpgNice to see all here, but I wast to see Mercel.

AFB1 was officially put to pasture today in something called "deconstructing." Wow, was just looking at Ye Olde AFB site. There's like 10 comments over the last two days, across all the forums, not just AFB. Some are DawnTreader, and a few others are actually mods. So sad. I honestly have no idea how much discussion the rest of the site generated, but I'm pretty sure it was much higher than 5 comments a day! In less than a month, they managed to antagonize their entire audience. PS. Is Rezonate around? I think he got lost in the move over here.

So, is anything of significance being posted at the old AFB? It seems like TMO has disbanded it.

In case we need to find somebody, do a search by username and then send a message that way.
I would include one's email and do not include a direct link to new AFB.
