Happy Pre-X-Mas greetings! (See, I'm no longer afraid to say Merry Christmas! 🙄) Based on my Apple Store experience today, I'm ever more confident about the upcoming earnings report. The store was very busy with shoppers looking at everything. (Love that screen on the X!) I stood around loitering and playing with all the goodies while the Mrs. upgraded from her iPhone 6 to a new 8. I got tired of listening to her complain about how unresponsive her old phone was, so I suggested it was time (three years) for a new one. Anyway, what got me jazzed was seeing all the iPhone Xs being bought. At the activation table, I saw four people getting Xs - and no 7s or 8s - besides my wife's. I wouldn't go all in on weekly options based on this anecdote, but every little positive data point helps.

One thing I noticed was the table where the iPads were set up. Every iPad had a child in front of it and every child was using the pencil. I think I may have underestimated the popularity of the iPad. I am euphemistically challenged and never know the PC correct thing to say, but I wish you peace and joy.

Hi AFB, just wanted to give you an update about my wife Michelle. Her symptoms have gotten worse very quickly. She went in for chemotherapy on Monday and had to be admitted for dehydration. Since then, she's gone from walking to almost completely bedridden and incontinent in about 6 days. I am personally grateful to you for helping get her story into the world before she could no longer speak. She has to be hand fed water and food now, but she's still inside there and fighting away. To help with her rehabilitation, my brother graciously started a GoFundMe campaign. If you consider it appropriate, you may consider sharing the link with your audience. Michelle's goal has always been to inspire everyone else, with little thought for herself, and now she could really use some help! Have a blessed holiday, and best wishes for an amazing 2018. www.gofundme.com/help-for-michelles-care

Resonate, I’m so sorry for your wife and you. I can’t imagine how hard that must be. Your post certainly puts things in perspective at this time of year.
I hope she gets better and will contribute to the cause. Please take care and stay strong.
