Reuters is now reporting that "The staff of the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) on Friday recommended that a trade judge find that Apple infringed at least one of Qualcomm's patents, a move that could lead to blocking the import of some iPhones.
Qualcomm is praying that the Judge will follow the staff lawyers recommendation. "If the ITC judge decides to ban some iPhone imports, Qualcomm could use that to try to persuade Apple to settle or drop several of the other patent and contract cases, legal experts have said.

My older son and his family have been living in London for the last 6 years, so I won't be seeing him tomorrow on Father's Day. He did, however include a nice link in a message I got from him yesterday and I wanted to share it with the other folks on AFB. The link was to a site called The Best 60+ Quotes on Fatherhood and it has some really thoughtful quotes regarding fatherhood. Whether the quote reminds you of your own father or it speaks to the relationship you may have with your son or daughter, I hope you can find a few that speak to you.
Happy Father's Day to all the dads!!

AirPods are great. Anyone who enjoys music and hasn't gotten a pair of these is missing out.
I just picked up my 2nd Homepod to complete a stereo pair.
These are also GREAT as a pair; as the articles have been pointing out, the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
If you have one Homepod, and you're not bothered by the OMG THE HOMEPOD IS SO EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO CRAPPY LITTLE AMAZON SPEAKERS then just go out and get another.
We're having a family gathering today and I'm going to unplug these puppies, move them outdoors and blast. Want to see how they sound outside of an enclosed room for the first time.
BTW, the ease of moving Homepod(s) around is an important part of the charm. Think about wired speakers and the need to connect, disconnect, run audio cables around and through things; the physical configuration was always a roadblock. Now, all you need is an AC outlet and decent WiFi.

OK, problems can happen with *any* product. Apple iPhones have been criticized in the past because they could be bent. Chipotle was criticized (more than once) because their customers got food poisoning. But I'm happy not to own stock of a company whose product caught on fire...with the customer inside of it. I'm not being critical of any on the board who may own TSLA shares, I'm sure this will be a only a temporary blip. But click on the link, view the fire video, and ask yourself how AAPL shares would have been affected if Apple had sold that car.
