How many seconds does it take to erase a $6.7M blip?
275 customers affected... And that merits a fine of approx $25000 per affected customer. A little harsh. And on top of that Apple will compensate 5000 customers..

Just a reminder there are several of those pesky gaps between here and about $170.
I hate to be that guy, but in my experience gaps get filled. With any luck it will be a quick bounce.

Also a reminder that I almost never get timing perfect. 2 days later, it's a $9 discount instead of the $3.5 I rebought at. Ahhh, the ups and downs of AAPL and the market. Just when things start to get boring... OTOH, this is the window of a higher probability of movement, a few weeks to a month until earnings season, and as volume shrinks while minds drift to summer plans. Add in some uncertainty, and see what happens.

I have been catching up on my Apple reading this morning, and just read PED's Who’s balking at the iPhone X price tag?. The comments section implicitly references the issue I mentioned recently: what will the name of the iPhone X's successor(s) be? One commenter used the terms "iPhone X" and "iPhone X Plus," but Apple's clear direction that "X" is pronounced "ten" makes it hard for me to believe that the name will be maintained going forward. I agree with the AFB'er (apologies, I don't remember who that was) who posited that the numbering convention will be dropped in favor of names that connote size and quality level, such as iPhone, iPhone Plus, and iPhone SE (or something similar to connote the "budget" model). I am interested in others' thoughts on this topic.
