Took my loses and got out of the puts.
Trump will reach some deal on tariffs. They are now meeting in DC next week.
Chatter about lower rates in Europe will turn into similar chatter here as more data indicates a slowing economy.
Will re asses where things stand in 2 months.

WOW!
There was a moment in time (March 6th, 2009 until May 2009) when I thought I had this stock market thing figured out. I was king of the world. I posted my SPECULATIVE call options I bought on the old AFB. Folks followed my advice. EVERYBODY made money.
Then AAPL stalled. I lost.
The same thing happened when everyone was talking CARS. If you remember, that was the beginning of THIS AFB. HUUUUGE sums of money was GAMBLED on call options. The stock price fell.
LET'S BE CAREFUL OUT THERE.
LONG term ownership is the only way to win................

Always predicting, always losing it seems. Have you put feet down in China yet? Have you looked around to assess how China sales are going?

Still bearish and TC needs to be fired. The parts are there, but the order is wrong. It should be "it would be bearish if TC was fired". This may turn into the 7th day in a row that AAPL closes within a buck of $170. Though I was expecting this to happen $5-10 up from here, at more than 20% off the low this is a nice place, with volatility and RSI dropping.

It is a matter of time that aapl will follow so we may see 180+ soon. If the SPY had broken down, we would have been on our way to 155. I am bearish until middle of 2020. So plenty of time to fire Cook. It will be a challenge to get rid of him but it can be done.

That story included 49 pics of the datacenter. The wall of filters was crazy! Running CAT5 and installing blades. Brings back IT memories for me. Some are even good.

Apple wearable are ahead of the competitions and it is only getting better from here, see the patents that they have won recently. Apple wearable is the new growth engine.
iPhone upgrade cycle maybe longer, but Apple are getting higher ASP each upgrade. Every iPhone user will upgrade eventually, for 5G, and later when we get to 6G.
Apple will continue to make billions of dollars quarterly. I hope they won't stop the buy back until at least 1-2 billions left, which I estimate will take 10-15 years, so make sure to leave some shares for your kids :-)
I think Tim Cook only makes the decision when it comes to operations. Tim probably let other exec in his team make ultimate decision on prices and designs, etc...
The iPhone prices aren't entirely at fault I think. I think in recent years, with the release of Airpod and Apple Watch, consumers just have more things to buy while their budget have not increased.
Younger generations weren't used to own watches or wireless headphones (headphone mostly came with the iPhone/MP3 player, etc...) So it's something Apple needs to think about in terms of convincing consumer to buy more of their products.
