Seeking Alpha reports that Deutsche warns of iPhone lull before 5G. Edit: It's worth noting that this is the initiation of AAPL coverage by a new Deutsche Bank analyst: " Deutsche Bank analyst Jeriel Ong initiates coverage on Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) with a Hold rating."

Thanks, that was a very encouraging article from Mac 360. So maybe the sky isn’t falling after all.

Thanks, that was a very encouraging article from Mac 360. So maybe the sky isn’t falling after all. I have my doubts about WS data. Sure we could be growing market share, but overall revenue growth is significantly less. The events of Q1 should be a wake up call that in three months things can change drastically there. In July we will get a better picture of how much things improved there. On the stock front, RSI still has room to grow. My confidence of how much is not that high. If we get some truce in tariffs we could see 207-212 as the high next month. I think we are past the lows of the summer. Will watch to see how far we go in Sept when the new iPhone comes out. GDP numbers in the next two quarters will help us see how much the US economy is slowing and it should reflect in Apple’s numbers in July and Oct.

Regarding the tarriff, if Apple can reduce some of the unnecessary or least used functions (which I'm sure there are) on the iOS products by 15% of the cost, then I guess the damage won't be noticeable.

"Only"? Nonetheless, no matter what that percentage is, it does kinda tell you how popular AirPods is, doesn't it.

Mine is a 2014 13 inch. GOLLY, it gets hot. On some of the old ones a problem was the fan clogging up, temporarily (like with it sitting on a soft blanket) or permanently (after it sucked in blanket fibers). We got an old 13" MBP from friends that had problems with it, both heat and a spill. I cleaned up the board, and cleaned up the heat sink and fan. I think it needed a new HD, eventually, and sadly the SSD I tried to put in it was too fast (it was a thing...caused it to crash...SATA III vs II). Anyways, though we recently replaced it with a new MacBook Air, there were times that it got hot, whether from plugging up the venting or overworking the processor. But it wasn't the battery. Nice work AAPL. Though I look forward to seeing $210-212 again, this has been a nice climb from bottoming out.

Mine is a 1963 13 inch. It tends to overheat as well.
Sorry couldn't resist. Please don't kick me out. Or recall my unit.
