A top tech analyst says Apple’s ‘valuation no longer appears attractive’ (guess what source... ok fine its cnbc ) holy smoking f*ckballs on a stick... i really can't believe it! andy f*cking hargreaves is back! i recently posted (in response to goldman sucks downgrade) how in late august 2014 this dude single-handedly brought down almost 4% in one day ($103 to $99) i had a small position in aapl back then (late starter, may 2014) but increased it tenfold on that bullshit.
anyway, haven't heard from this dude in a couple years now... i thought he finally climbed under a rock somewhere... but NO, the asshole needs to remind everyone of his genius by doing a cnbc dog and pony show.
thankfully aapl isn't down much... these days trade war tweets move it more... but gaaah, have to deal with more stupidity now... smh AAPL is lagging the pre-open Market at the moment... Patently Apple has... ...and maybe that’s why. chinacat... love your tireless opening threads and reporting all things apple and hope you continue to do so... but sometimes i think you should at least check mainstream business publication headlines (pretty much cnbc, bloomberg, maybe barrons and wsj) ...heck, even if you just open the stocks app on the iphone and look at aapl, the cnbc andy hargreaves story shows up first
...p.s. obviously i'm not selling anything aapl... but not buying either; if this was a 4% move i'd probably add some

No momentum from yesterday. Now under 220 is a sign of caution. Next week we should see the fireworks. Some of you who want to buy shares at a discount may get your chance.
Historically Sept is negative month for aapl. So if we started at 205 we should end at 200. Let’s see if history repeats itself.
It should also be noted the SPY MACD turned bearish 3 days ago and the RSI today is under 50. It wants to correct badly. When it does, it will take us down.

I generally check Apple INVESTOR News (https://www.techinvestornews.com/apple) and yahoo!finance's AAPL page (https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/AAPL?p=AAPL), both of which often reference articles from the publications you cite. I'll add the stocks app (on my iPad, though, which I use as I find that more readable ) so that my review of the day's news may be more complete. Just to be clear, I start the thread if it has not been started when I look, and I hope that no one has inferred that I consider it to be solely my responsibility. I welcome efforts by other members to kick the day off at any time.

'it wants to correct badly'... no, 'IT' doesn't 'want' anything... it's not a self-conscious agent! (sometimes you present yourself as a bot too... ) spongie you're surpassing yourself in the amount of waffling over the last few days! i'll call it the 'low-vol sponge' - basically when stock volatility is low and aapl stays flat for a prolonged period of time (like it has over the past 2 weeks) then it makes your cpu overheat and explode with ever-more erratic prognostications... up... down... up... down... SYSTEM ERROR
aapl holding up well relative to market and in particular other tech stocks (check out amzn, fb)... even despite andy hargreaves

Complies with Magnuson-Moss and related FTC directives, nothing to see here.
