Got my 650% this morning.
I did buy some puts that could give me 400% if we drop to 222 today.
Will watch next week to see how we proceed before I buy more short term puts in anticipation of poor trade talks.

Therefore, you must be fibbing.

Very quiet here today, especially considering AAPL's performance. I thought that I would pass along a feature of Proboards forums that has greatly improved my enjoyment of the board in the past few months: "You have the ability to block interactions from other members, using something called your Block List. When you add a member to your block list, you can limit interactions with them in the following ways: Hide this member's posts: When viewing a thread that this member has posted in, you will not see their posts. Instead, you will see a button labeled "Display Post". If you click this button you can see what the blocked member posted." Now, this does not prevent excerpts from such posts from being seen when quoted by other posters, but it has helped me to resist the inclination to read such posts in the first place. As always, YMMV.

keeping quiet... don't want to jinx it! it's the 3rd time in the past month that AAPL is above $225 (and $226)... sept 12, oct 1 and today
sept 12 reversed near 226.5 and closed near 223 (then low of 217 next day)
oct 1 reversed above 228 and closed near 224.50 (then low of 215 yesterday)
fingers crossed no reversal today and we can have a new 11.5-month closing high!
(good note on blocking feature, i used it to block of the trolls already)
cheers to the longs!

Island reversal. Possibly momentum for a new high.

Took my losses on the puts for today.. Small position and still content with my 650% gains. The gains this week more then made me whole from put losses a month ago. Monday we will see if the momentum will continue for aapl. The market took us beyond 225 today.
RSI in aapl has room to run, but I just don’t see what news would keep the SPY going to ATH at this point.
Side note : finally replace my father’s 5C. Had the plug not failed, he could have kept it for two more years. He got the 8 and I think he can use it for 4 years.

Horace Dediu and Gene Munster discussed Apple's future in Aspen today. Some tough questions, despite this being an unexpectedly successful period. Unfortunately, tech is not an industry where you can rest on your laurels for very long. I know that that there are those (cough) who have little faith in Tim Cook (cough, cough), but I certainly feel that he deserves credit for the currently greater than anticipated success in what was predicted to be a fallow period while waiting for 5G.

Sponge needs more than 600% to buy an iPhone 11. But hey, a win is a win. Sponge is a genius! 😂

Beautiful way to end the week, nice and green where we belong. Also, in an era of staggering ignorance and frothing xenophobes, it makes me proud to see Tim and Apple doing the right thing and supporting the Dreamers. Go Tim and GO APPLE! Have a great weekend everyone. $227.01! highest close in exactly 12 months if i'm looking correctly... 10/4/2018 close was $227.99
cheers to the longs!

That’s really saying something when CR is promoting the iPhone. I Look forward to the day when Apple / iPhone bashing is not the cool thing to do but alas, that day may never come. Whatever bump we get from earnings and or a China deal plus 5g anticipation could be a great jump start for the new year. And with spongey predicting sagging iPhone sales and poor guidance for next qtr from Apple, that could be some nice contrarian icing on the cake.
