Just adding to the current page...
I have 946.48M shares using the numbers. So they bought back 500,000 on top of covering the RSUs.

Let us see if I am hearing correctly: we have many new products coming out in the FALL and later in 2014. I think he also said new product categoriesI heard the same. Big difference between new products and new product categories.

New _categories_? If you can toss a timecode our way later, that'd be great.

$8.5M in revs per employee?! That's quite a statistic, even if you're talking 2 employees... (Talking app developer Supercell.)

Hah! Oppy BURNS Android etc. with "mall"ware statistics.
Also, big surprise, iOS rules the Web. Known quantity.
I gotta say, that $4.5B developer revs in one year says iOS is quite vibrant.

AAPL flagging a bit in AH (+15). Eh, the next few days could be very, very choppy. At least I wasn't dumb enough to buy weeklies.

GM 37.5% - low end. WHY?
$488M in SBE - OpEx. Still doesn't explain why OpEx is so high.
$145B in net cash. $7.6B increase. $102B offshore.
$2.2B div, about $2B in accel buyback program.
Can you say "price floor"?

As I suspected, divvy to be reevaluated yearly.
$3.05 divvy to take effect STARTING MAY. YOU GOT CAKE NOW!!!
Apple got credit ratings from S&P and Moody's. Because repatriating foreign cash sucks. US TAX LAW BURN! ;D
Apple will borrow in the US gradually. As you'd expect from Oppy's department, nothing too crazy.

I'm waiting for Gene Munster for his annual attempt to tease iTV hints out of Tim. After all, Tim DID start the conference call off with "new product categories.." so we'll see how Tim answers it this time.

You know the revs guidance. Blah.
GM 36-37%. Well, at least I know the low boundary. $90M SBC.
OpEx, with about $500M SBC.

$3.05 dividend paid on May 16th! Will be evaluated annually. Expect future offshore cash and domestic borrowing to continue to grow over the next few years.

Huberty asks about GM
Oppy: Few items hurt GM: Mix - more iPad sales than expected, service policy changes (ouch, you were right, Mercel), "unfavorable adjustments" (huh?)
For the future: 2 factors - Big one, lower revs, then different product mix.

GM down because: lots of iPad minis going forward: different product mix?!

Huberty: "Great Wall of China (Mobile)? Plus lower iOS rev dynamics?"
Tim: $8.8B YOY growth, good sellthrough in iPhone/iPad. Channel inventory differences (iPhone 4S) messed up YOY compares all around.
SELLTHROUGH revs up 18% YOY. Not bad. But yeah, China Mobile would help.

Tim is unafraid of Apple's slowing growth. He's very calm about it. This is a big takeaway for me.
