From Page 15 of Apple's Senate testimony:
"Hey, don't look at us." ;D

Very strong day IMO. Grabbed back the daily SMA20 and SMA50 and held even on the intraday fades. I feel good.

Very strong day IMO. Grabbed back the daily SMA20 and SMA50 and held even on the intraday fades. I feel good. You're starting to agree with me these days, appledoc. Time to trim and trail, reassess? (Actually, maybe you should be more worried that you're aligning with the AFB Resident Bull+.) ;D In all seriousness, AAPL held up nicely, pushed to new highs before close and did some real work establishing the high 440s as support. All good things! Volume was a touch average, but we're out of the monthly OE tractor beam with an excellent resolution from the Thu/Fri potential (er, actual) bull flag formation. Glad I didn't sell my trade today, at least for now.

Obama's Congress isn't going to like TC's testimony and suggestions, because they are REVENUE NEUTRAL. And lord knows politicians don't like changes that don't ENHANCE revenue.

I think TC in front of congress will be good for Apple. He has the floor to make a powerful case and further strengthen Apples reputation as a success story. It will get good coverage and I think the stock will go up.

Now iPad, what about SMA-20 weekly? Relative importance compared to daily SMA-20/50?

I agree. All the data from the chart folks say that if we close above 445 soon, we should break the 469 wall. And when that happens get ready for 510 before we see another major correction. I'm one of the chart folks -- I'm pretty sure you don't have my data. Kindly cite a specific source (with a link) when making claims like this. Show your work and all that.

Or, you could always do some charting of your own!
But yeah, sourcing = good

Now iPad, what about SMA-20 weekly? Relative importance compared to daily SMA-20/50? It's all important. Like zoom on a camera. Sometimes little pic ripples out to big pic; sometimes big pic overrules little pic. When they're all saying the same thing, we get our strongest signals.

The simple picture is so long not below $418, and once $445 is recaptured, would see $467, then $507 and then $550. Could happen before WWDC but most likely not higher than $507 before WWDC. If happen before WWDC, then would swoon back to $500 on Jun OE. Forget the dream anytime below $418, in fact, below $428, stop dreaming.

Who's the chucklehead(s) trying to sell AAPL off a bit in AH? And yes, I am watching individual trades this time.

You missed a few if/thens and "it's possible that this price target will lead to that price target", but that's a very nice summary mace.

I think he is expecting a correction, major or not, is because $508 is the top of the gap caused by CRUS's early result forecast and the extremely large Jun option position at $500. Getting above $500 on Jun OE (monthly) requires very bullish news from Apple world.

Sen Levin on TV with the complaints the government has against AAPL and its tax structure. These people need to share whatever they are smoking. How about changing the corporate tax structure and getting it right instead of pouncing on corporates. AARRRGGGHHHH! By the way - that's why they are selling it after hours. Levin was suppose to come out at 7 pm with this but came out now...referring to AAPL's tax strategy as "gimmicks."

I look at stock twits where there are multiple charts being posted. Aapl trader is also one along with Scott Ridler.

The tax legislation enacted was bought and paid for by special interests funneling money to LAWmakers. Senator Levin: That is YOU, you moron.

Debris ball 2+ miles wide and its getting larger. ALREADY being called the worst $Damage tornado in the history of man. Another tornado is now on the ground in another area near Oklahoma City.
