The Phoebear Phoebar. I'm sure earnings is gonna make things even trickier than usual, but maybe not just yet. I liked AAPL's strength at the close.

Recognizing that Apple has the attention span of a 5-year-old, I chose Lightroom over Aperture many years ago. I knew that Apple, based on its history, would abandon Aperture and leave professional photographers hanging. As it now has.

Apple hasn't really abandoned the pro photogs any more than they did with pros who migrated, successfully, from Final Cut Pro Studio to X. Read the link above.

Mercel, Thanks for the Above! A bit of hope for future possibilities when one steps back and takes look at the bigger Picture. Cheers.

I'm no TA expert, but wouldn't a weekend chart be pretty much flat?

I see Mav has 316 followers on Twitter.
Tom Cruise has 4.6 million followers.
Maybe it's all true.....maybe Tom Cruise has 4,600,316 followers......
Loved your last movie, Mav, where you got killed 427 times! Dreams fulfilled for me just sitting there....

Well that's going to improve Samsung's upcoming quarter. It is not ALL about the bottom line www.samsung.com/us/hopeforchildren/I REMAIN IMPRESSED! EDIT: note to MAV: I posted that last week aaplfinance.proboards.com/post/66681If one reads the Washington Post article, there is a known link between benzene and cancer. I am saddened by the death of the two workers who died BUT, the overall death rate in factories run by SAMESONG do not seem to be larger than ones run for APPLE.

I agree with your skepticism, Mav, but sincerely hope that this is one of Samsungs's most successful ventures.

When I think of a company best suited for improving the privacy of Internet access for people living under a regime that spies on all of its citizens, I think of Google as the logical reformer.

Yet Another Reason to stay off Facebook! :http://gu.com/p/3qghp Spookie Much? It already knows whether you are single or dating, the first school you went to and whether you like or loathe Justin Bieber. But now Facebook, the world's biggest social networking site, is facing a storm of protest after it revealed it had discovered how to make users feel happier or sadder with a few computer key strokes. It has published details of a vast experiment in which it manipulated information posted on 689,000 users' home pages and found it could make people feel more positive or negative through a process of "emotional contagion". 689,000 users' experiment? This is truly GEORGE ORWELL's world!!! www.theguardian.com/technology/2014/jun/29/facebook-users-emotions-news-feedsFB closed @$67.60 on Friday. It will be interesting to see if this is market moving this week. It is starting to trend on twitter : twitter.com/search?q=%23FacebookExperiment&src=tyahinvestorplace.com/2014/06/fb-facebook-mood-study/#.U7ClvxbzzLR
