Having first read about the “HBO Now" offer on this board, I decided to try it for a month. I’ll continue after the free month is up because there are several programs of interest to me and I’d prefer to not pay any more money to Comcast. Since I live in the area that’s the title of the show, I decided to check out the series “Silicon Valley”, just to get a flavor for how the area, companies and employees are being presented. After watching several episodes, I’ve found some pretty lame attempts at humor but also some pretty funny stuff. What made really me laugh out loud was the character described in this link: artsbeat.blogs.nytimes.com/2015/04/26/silicon-valley-recap-season-2-russ-hanneman/?_r=0And this short video sequence of the character, in particular, really resonated with me because of all the postings that have been made in this forum about this very same subject. I couldn't find this video sequence on YouTube so I used my iPhone to record it myself. Sorry for the awkward looking capture but I figured it may help avoid having it removed because of copyright issues. Granted, the series writers should have use the word “profit” in place of “revenue”, but close enough IMO. Bezos is the king: youtu.be/Gu8UBxRBUl8 (Rated R for language)
