Futures are 300 in the red, thanks to Greece and its decision to close the banks (probably a good thing). For a country dependent on tourism, Greece is going to implode with or without EU membership for all the ill will they've created.

It's so frigging ridiculous. EVERYONE knew we would be in this position. Every bank that does not want to be long Greek paper is not long it by now. Those that want to roll the dice (certain hedge funds etc) are rolling it. There is a school of thought that the EU is better off with a Grexit anyway - although some fear that it opens the door for other southern Europeans like Spain, Italy, and Portugal down the road potentially. There is no reason IMHO markets should get spanked SO HARSHLY and I'm willing to bet that by the close tomorrow we will be well off the lows...maybe even positive. Anyone care to take the other side of that bet?

A little tongue and cheek from Downtown Josh Brown @reformedbroker : Apple would be doing more for shareholder value by throwing $30 billion at Greece instead of its own buyback this week.

Thinking about it. Apple is got to be a place where people put money. Why would someone want to invest in bonds when interest rates are going up? Why would anyone want to invest in european or Chinese stocks right now? Apple has so much cash and such a great growth story - Perhaps Apple will quickly trade green tomorrow.

The Dow is 244 red, having recovered off of 300. Go ahead and look at the S&P 500 if it makes you feel better.

Do you guys think all the stuff in Greece will have a big impact on apple mon?? Plunge to $123 Wow, that would be a gift for us to take advantage of. Thing is, I'm afraid that what might happen is that the big dip will occur in premarket before options are trading and will recover before the options markets open.

Anybody with a Sonos system ( which I love) this is big.. My brother AND sister both have Sonos systems. I have to admit I'm scratching my head and must just not get it. Isn't it just the same as an Apple TV or using Airplay but with less capability? What's the difference? Oh yeah, and since you said it was okay I'm throwing in a shot of the Mazda Miata Launch Editions sitting in the port in Tacoma. Mines still sitting on a ship heading for the Panama Canal but will dock in Jacksonville soon. Thanks AAPL!
