Well, I guess that Thanksgiving weekend activities, familial and retail, have consumed the time and energy of AFB participants. Early reports seem to indicate that this holiday season should be the annual boost to quarterly revenues that we have all come to expect. Now let's keep our fingers crossed about the correlation between that and AAPL price.
One of the things I give thanks for is AFB. The disconnect between financial performance and stock price performance for Apple would have made me crazy long ago without the support provided here. i am looking forward to a long overdue correction in that situation.
Enjoy your Turkey Day leftovers, and as Sgt. Esterhaus used to advise on Hill Street Blues "Let's be careful out there!"

For all the doubters on this board. Kidding there are none ;-) www.cmlviz.com/cmld3b/lite.php?ticker=aapl&app=rcNothing new being said. excerpts... Apple is humiliating Wall Street's analysts and the main stream media because both lack the lexicon to understand what's actually happening in technology, and that goes for Google, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft and dozens of technology and biotechnology companies. But this reality is especially apparent when it comes to Apple and the firm is making a fool out of many analysts and journalists.

Been racing to get a huge jump on Christmas decorations and have them all done. I got a jury notice and have to begin calling in tonight. Could not have come at a worse time - smack in the middle of Christmas time shopping and decorating and million and one things to do...but hey, is it ever a good time? I'm hoping not to get assigned to a case but we'll see. One great thing was a terrific start to Christmas shopping on my Thanksgiving ride home. Sat in the car on my iPad and got 80% of it done. Thank you Apple for helping me make such efficient use of my time and making my holidays less stressful now! Love it! And that night before my head hit the pillow I said my evening prayers, "Dear Lord, Please don't let my husband be home when all my online orders arrive.-Amen"

At my local Apple Store (Toledo) I pushed the sales rep to say what is the hot seller. Continued to insist there was no clear winner. Think this is not a good sign for the iPad Pro. I too give thanks this Thanksgiving for AFB ! !

I to give thanks this Thanksgiving for AFB ! ! While I appreciate anecdotal evidence as much as the next guy, I wouldn't read too much into a single response from an Apple salesperson at a single store. [My own anecdote is that my kids' (3 boys: 12 to 17) friends ALL have iPhones. This represents dozens of boys and girls. Only one cousin has an Android on its last legs. Then again, I live in the Bay Area...] Seasons greetings to all AFBers! Thanks for contributing to such an enjoyable forum.

Each year the percentage of sales activity has moved from desktop to mobile....both total traffic and ultimate sales. The desktop is dying... IOS retains a large advantage over Android despite Android's larger total market share.
IOS users use mobile to find and buy....
