That's-a spicy meatball!
No seriously, a PM quote like that suggests Raging Bulls or Bears Running (to) Cover. Both?

made a nice green hammer friday ... so far this pm looks positive ... let's see what news comes out today to push one way or the other ... also, i'm reminded of someone's 'gap & crap or gap and go'TM ... so let's be careful out there ... back to the magic 8-ball

Pendola will say anything to get a few clicks. He isn't getting one from me.

I'm sure you all remember - that US stock markets are closed on Thursday (Thanksgiving) and they close early on Friday. People who play weeklies - be careful this week. Also - I have no doubt that Wednesday will be light on trading desks starting at noon.

Pendola will say anything to get a few clicks. He isn't getting one from me. He's on record as stating he's not objective (as that's not the purpose of what he writes) but his goal is to simply persuade. In the context I took it as he'd write anything to evoke a response to get people to click. He's been wrong about as much as he's been right, maybe a little more wrong. Hope he is right (based on the title of the article.) Jason Swartz put out a good read this weekend BTW.

$505 to 545 from Friday low to the first 7 minutes this morning.....a $40 up move over the span of less than 1 trading day? WTF man? Yeah, right, there's no manipulation by the EO's!

$548 is 10 day MA. AAPL have not closed above that since mid Oct and that was only one session. The first hurtle for the stock to showing signs of an uptrend. It would be nice for us to close above $548 by the end of the day.

BTW, a rather jarring piece by Florian Mueller of FOSS Patents on Apple today. I think it's largely bullshit, but I generally have respect for the guy's patent reporting. Mueller fails to make the point that Android is an utterly failed business model for Google, and that they are the one being devastated by the mobile revolution, regardless of market share. His conclusion is that only IP can save Apple.

If many of us learn one lesson out of all this, it should be that time can be both our best friend and worst enemy. Short dated options put our fates in the hands of those who wish only to punish us. To paraphrase Robert Bacon: "those who have purchased or sold short dated options hath given hostages to fortune." ( lovey, I'm bucking for inclusion in the quotable quotes thread).

45dollars in 2 two days. I guess the dip was slightly overdone haha. What a manipulated stock haha. Now we just need to get the P/E back to the 15+ zone where it should be.
