Me, I was only contemplating suicide by Christmas lights. I imagine the eulogy to read something like Beloved husband and father of two had been despondent over the recent decline in his AAPL options but still risked life when he fell from his 30' extension ladder stretching out to his limit to hang the last "red" Christmas light at the highest peak on the roof line. His wife seem confused as he fell screaming at the top of his lungs "damn you EOs". Glad it was a RED light. A noble sacrifice... LOL. Poetic

I'm travelling tomorrow. Please try not to kill each other! If it helps, the EO's reply: "Thanks for playing!"

We have potential for liftoff but we can't go. More common, we get negative news or rumors and we're more likely to sink than hold ground. It sounds counterintuitive, but Apple is probably too obvious as a great company for Wall Street to accord it proper valuation. The retail investor just isn't going to be allowed to pick a winner on the basis of fundamentals. I'm resigned to believe that Wall Street makes more money when Mr. Market is irrational. That Apple trades below $600 amidst the biggest quarter in its history is truly a clarion call for all that's wrong with the stock market. I'll hold my LEAPS come what may, but today included a series of capitulation moments for me.

The two stores face each other. They are directly across the hall from one another.

Don't see any point - AMD doesn't own any fabs, and has no expertise in ARM designs.

It's been a while, but I interviewed at AMD both in Austin and Sunnyvale, seeing the production fab and walking through their R&D fab. I even had a job offer for a night shift in Austin, but that was back when they were celebrating because they had just ramped up production of the K6. Admittedly I haven't kept up with them in the last decade or so, back when they were going to open a 12" fab in Dresden, and they took Hector Ruiz as their CEO from our division at MOT.

Apologies, I often hear them referred to as a fabless operation so i assume actual production of chips is outsourced to other firms.
