Hiner's iPad piece is interesting. I think this years WWDC is going to be one of the most interesting ones in a long time. As important as the critical ones under Jobs where the future of OS X was being hashed out over several years, and then transformed into iOS. I have a certain fear and trepidation about it. It's one of those "these guys are either going to hit a home run or fall on their asses" quality to it. I don't even know if significantly unifying their product line can be done. I wish I did. No guts, no glory. No risk, no reward. No pain, no gain. Win or lose, it's Apple being Apple and pushing the limits. Even if they fail, they'll learn some things and make it a win in the end. Without that kind of attitude, no one takes these sorts of risks.
