Packed? More likely appointment only, and/or strict control of number of shoppers at any time, strict control of touching, etc.

Congrats longs - I felt so crazy buying at 260, more at 243 (biggest purchase) and some at 221 - but looking good now on those trades. basically everything bought last week is up big - no surprise there. Here's to better days ahead for us all.

Here's to better days ahead for us all. Glad you were able to pick up those shares at great prices, good for you for BTFD! I'm not all convinced that we won't see further drops in share price, until this coronavirus crisis is over...but I *am* convinced that folks who continue to hold AAPL through it all will be glad they did.

I must have missed where AAPL shares "tanked." Anyway, I BOT some SPCE. Funny how AMZN is up and NFLX is down. Silly people. I don't know where the exact bottom is, but I am buying.
I think at this point, the questions are: Are the horrible self-inflicted macro numbers baked into the broader markets, and are the Apple horrible imploded sales numbers baked into AAPL?
Maybe a silver lining, nowhere to go but up in terms of sales. And they said there was no more growth in iPhone .

I must have missed where AAPL shares "tanked." Currently down 21% from the high, but just 3 days ago it touched 212.61, for a full 35% off the high. If a correction is just 20% off, 30+%, especially this quick, seems like it "tanked". Sure, it was a quick touch, as things often are. But that seems like tankage to me. But hey, if you're buying SPCE, you must be seeing it go "to the moon!"

I am well aware that shares are down from the high. WTF am I, Joe Biden? But this article was written on and about Wednesday: Apple was down like $1.36 from Tuesday to Wednesday. That isn't what I'd call tanking.
Anyway, I'd consider AAPL price action this week a relief.

You didn't quote it, so I missed that you were talking about the title of the link on the first post: You did worry me a bit there. I thought maybe things in SoCal were so bad that you lost all track of AAPL. Kids have been homeschooling now for almost 2 weeks. I feel like I've lost all track of time. But you still run into the whole town if you head down to Raleys, and you get to see the teacher's cart with just 12 bottles of wine and a jug of vodka. I guess it's not just parents having a tough time.

So with all this social distancing thing my wife asked me to get her a monitor she can work from home off her work supplied Surface. I thought I'd do the right thing and get one from Apple - the LG 4K. All sold out. I contacted Apple and they had no idea as to when new stock was coming in. So I went elsewhere. Other places were also sold out, but I eventually found the same model. Seems like a lot of home office equipment is being bought out there. This portends well for Apple/AAPL's qtr.

Other places were also sold out, but I eventually found the same model. Seems like a lot of home office equipment is being bought out there. This portends well for Apple/AAPL's qtr. FWIW, the kids wore my wife down and the kids were going to order a Nintendo Switch. It seems to be sold out everywhere, and a UK article from a few days ago said it is sold out there too. Apple was sure to use the "seasonal production" wording in saying the China factory was online. With this normally a soft time, it can normally absorb the Chinese New Years celebrations, and then still have light production. But this time, with a couple weeks production knocked off in addition to the standard, and then somewhere between an uptick and a spike in orders, it looks like supply isn't quite ready. Maybe Apple's inventory is light, but it looks like their online store and Costco have a good selection. And without the retail stores up and running, they have some inventory they could tap if needed. This whole "work and schooling from home" thing is suddenly needing enough current computers for everyone, instead of trying to share them. And while there are iPad or iPhone options, it doesn't run the various school apps as well as it should. Sometimes it really helps to have a little larger screen, and a keyboard/mouse. Interesting times.
