Yes, it's all about the spin. Would they order more phones in Q2 than in Q1? We know they came into supply-demand balance in December. So this implies Apple has filled the channel, and in the first two quarters will be making and selling approximately 100 million phones instead of 130 million phones. Even if you suppose that Apple made only 55 million phones in Q1, it still sets up for 80 million iPhone 5 units, to which about 20 million 4 and 4s units must be added. So we're still looking at 50 million phones per quarter.
The weak demand line is complete BS.
