I made 3000% in 5 months on AAPL call options 10 years ago. I hope to do this again now, but with TSLA this time.
Not all forums are good, but this one rocks! So, is there a good forum similar to this one but specific to TSLA you would recommend?
Thank you in advance.

Nice week, including a dividend payment, as the wait continues to see where AAPL will get to before the split (and what will happen afterwards). It certainly was a nice week, chinacat...and for all the weeks, months and years that the AAPL share price was driven down unfairly in the past, I hope we see a few more of those nice weeks. 😊 I happened to see a comment yesterday from a long time AAPL investor over on Seeking Alpha that resonated with me because it spoke to those share price beatdowns over the years.

View AttachmentThere's still the whole competition thing. Some people are very set in their anti-Apple thoughts, just as many were with anti-Mac thoughts. This is akin to Ford Vs Chevy feelings, or Stihl vs Husqvarna (just saw my first Husqvarna tattoo behind the ear on the tree service owner working across the street). It would matter a lot more if spending was more equal across the board, but with Apple focusing on the higher end, it skews it a bit. But I still wonder how things would be if there wasn't that polarization. Thinking of the other top tech stops, there aren't really other polarizing competition, at least to this level. Facebook, Google, NetFlix, Amazon, Tesla. They have some competition, but it's minimal and a lot less polarized. Things are much better than 10-15-20 years ago on that matter, with the iPod and then iPhone and iPad doing a great job of flattening the curve. But it is still out there in some form, and IMO was a big part of sinking the P/E down to big oil ranges, even touching a hair below 10. With the changes over the years it seems unlikely to go anywhere close to that low again without major reasons, and yet I do still wonder how solid this 30-35 range is. Apple just did a great job through a pandemic that caused many other industries plenty of hurt. It looks like followthru should be there, and YOY improvements will help show if the base is solid.

The legal action clash between Epic Games and AAPL is really pulling in the commenters over on Seeking Alpha. The article linked below was just posted this morning and already has 217 comments. I'm not a game player but I'm interested, of course, because...Apple. Apple's Epic Monopoly ProblemAfter browsing through the comments, I find myself in agreement with this person: This person, "Careless Investor", is really in the thick of the discussion and is convinced Epic Games deserves to win the legal battle. If your weekend is just too relaxing and peaceful for you, check out the cage fight on SA.

Time for a some road trip content. When I got to this place, I was the only visitor. Then, a while later I had a Porsche neighbor. Would not expect these two vehicles in the middle of nowhere. Winding narrow road to get there Bad enough he parked right next to your R8, but with a Boxter?

Wait, that sounds like the beginning of a new joke, The pictures are beautiful and the weather looked great. I like the idea of bringing your drone along.

To be clear, there are 911's and above, and those things below 911's that are VW's masquerading with Porsche badging.
