Just updated the graphic on westbysea.com showing the route of the trip. Also in Update #6 I decided to enhance the book and make it a *treasure* book. The pages will be filled with a multi-level embedded cipher. You'll need to complete riddle, word scramble, substitution and Ottendorf-style ciphers to locate the "treasure". Depending on how much support we get there might actually be a real treasure involved. Things are getting quite exciting! Thanks to the AFB members who backed the journey so far, it means a lot.

Funding closes early on Monday morning. Several from AFB are on board and I'm happy to bring you along. Tomorrow will be the last chance to adjust your pledge (or make one). Thanks for your confidence and support!
Underway heading north through the great barrier reef. It's been an eventful couple weeks but there are seven more "sea days" before the next port so I'll be catching up on writing for the site. (westbysea.com) AAPL all time high.
We'll be pulling into Greece tomorrow and spending the day in Athens. Next week starts with a visit to Turkey and then Italy later in the week (Florence, Pisa, Rome). Any AFB Europe members interested in grabbing an espresso and a picture? Respond back here, then I'll PM you with our schedule.
It has been an absolutely relentless schedule, 19 ports in less than 30 days. We are in Dover, UK today for a crew change and will be taking a walk up the cliff to Dover Castle. Amsterdam tomorrow, then Copenhagen, Oslo and Torshaven before starting the Trans-Atlantic leg to New York City on July 25th.
Passed by an Apple Store in Barcelona, didn't go in but it looked nice. Miss the regular updates from you, my "AFB peeps" but enjoy the intraday thread when I can. Was able to download the entire WWDC keynote from an internet café in Seville. Great session! Looking forward to earnings.
We're back on land! The trip around the world is complete with our return to Sydney Australia this morning. Glad to see the board is plugging away and everyone's favorite fruit company still on the rise. Can't wait to get back into the swing of things as we head into a new FY and all the regular product announcements. Cheers!
UPDATE: The book West By Sea went to print yesterday morning. For those of you who backed us on Kickstarter, you will be getting a personalized copy to match your pledge level. For everyone else, links to the book are below. Mrs. Rez and I thank you all in this amazing community for your support and friendship over the years.

Along the way, decode clues to locate an engraved object that is hidden somewhere on planet Earth. Can you solve the puzzle and claim the prize?
"What is it like to circumnavigate the globe by ship? Buy this book to find out! This book will be a beautiful addition to your travel library. The book is 144 pages of full color and contains flip movies, encoded riddles, hundreds of small photographs from around the world, and 105 quotes and short stories that touch 40 ports in 28 countries on 6 continents."

Hi AFB, just wanted to give you an update about my wife Michelle. Her symptoms have gotten worse very quickly. She went in for chemotherapy on Monday and had to be admitted for dehydration. Since then, she's gone from walking to almost completely bedridden and incontinent in about 6 days. I am personally grateful to you for helping get her story into the world before she could no longer speak. She has to be hand fed water and food now, but she's still inside there and fighting away.
To help with her rehabilitation, my brother graciously started a GoFundMe campaign. If you consider it appropriate, you may consider sharing the link with your audience. Michelle's goal has always been to inspire everyone else, with little thought for herself, and now she could really use some help!
