Good morning. The overall pre-market is green with AAPL at +0.30% at this moment. Maybe we are in for a positive day.

Delivery date for iPhone pro is now Dec 30. That's up by 2 days since yesterday evening. Remember the fiscal quarter ends on Dec 31 and {I think} that all shipments/deliveries after that date, regardless of when ordered, are accounted for in the quarter of shipment/delivery. To me, it is incredible that sales of iPhone Pros from about Nov 23 through the end of the year could potentially be counted in Q2 sales. That also means that while Q1 numbers might be a little lower than expected (as Apple warned recently), Q2 numbers may be exceedingly good historically. I don't know how to play it though, not to mention that I never play earnings anyway.

This business with Bob Iger back at Disney is intriguing... I wonder what degree of restructuring there will be? He's already fired Kareem Daniel chairman of the Media and Entertainment Distribution division. Could there be an Apple/Disney partnership of some kind or merger come down the pike?

8 years ago disney was higher than it is today.
"According to a recent 13F filing, Soros increased his stake in Walt Disney Co (NYSE: DIS) by over 330% over the course of the third quarter, bringing his stake to approximately 123,736 shares of its common stock."
I think Steve's widow is the biggest shareholder. DIS has missed on earnings 3 of 5 times. They have at least 3 streaming services. Maybe the new old CEO will consolidate them?
Steve wanted Apple to buy Pixar, maybe eat the whole enchilada? Keep the CEO.
