We were looking pretty good until we lost a buck in the last 60 seconds. Good thing you were holding your breath, Mace.

What a putz. If he wanted to buy he could have purchased AAPL for under $440 at anytime during the first 35 minutes of today's session. Assuming he only bought 100,000 shares (he's a small time player with a big mouth) he could have saved more than $300,000 on his purchase. That wouldn't be a bad payday for a YEAR. This makes no sense. He has conditions for entry. They were met and he purchased. Yep, his condition for entry was he was booked on CNBC!

After a near day long battle, it appears that the Bears have regained control. AAPL now down for the day. I missed my sell order by 5¢ earlier in the day. I hate it when that happens. I gave up holding out for $4.80 and lowered my Ask to $4.75. Sold with AAPL at $444.42. If Fridays hold to form I'll buy back in with another stink bid (fill on Monday?). Order placed: May 31 $425/$430 BCS at $3.20. Requires AAPL to drop from today's Close by $14.00. When buying it's easier to raise your bid, than it is to lower it.

What can't be denied - AAPL is continuing to show a different composure. Where it leads, who knows.

So tempted to buy CRUS! But will the breakdown continue tomorrow?

So tempted to buy CRUS! But will the breakdown continue tomorrow? Me too. Will wait a few days and reconsider it. Maybe Apple should step in and buy them.

That chart looks a lot like AAPL's was about 5 weeks ago. I'd say that was a buy for a short term bounce at least up to about 23. (That's not a recommendation, though. Trade at your own risk.)

OI says we close between $440-445 on Friday. Bullish with close over $445 and Bullish+ over $450. Click the image to see all of it.

Brand awareness-wise, it's great. Day in the life, statement of aesthetics to my eyes.
Otherwise...well I guess there doesn't necessarily have to be an otherwise.
Tim and Co. know they have work to do, and that they have to deliver the product to keep iPhone in the game. So no complaints from me, really.
