Also, as a Comcast cable and internet customer I can say from first hand experience that there service/product is mediocre, prices are sky high, and their customer service stinks. And like all cable and cellular companies, their unspoken motto is We're not happy till you're not happy.' 'Man, I could not agree more. Comcast is the most morally bankrupt company I have dealt with. I hate to see Apple even talking to them, but then again, Apple has dealt with Microsoft and Samsung, so I guess it isn't the end of the world. I would prefer for Apple to just take a 100 billion or so and build their own network.

Color me skeptical, but I don't believe the Comcast rumor/news justifies this modest run up.
My tinfoil hat theory is AAPL is being played or something else leaked.

When I first started posting in these types of boards I called myself optimisticskeptic. Which shows my bias and leaning when I first hear about these types of situations.

Golf clap. That's all I can give apple at this point. Need a $30-40 rip. We clear 550 and you may be in for that. Until then, small wheeeee for change in character. (and I agree, AAPL hasn't really won my trust respect back yet either....)

Nice day. Still multiple hurdles to jump before takeoff. Haven't looked at the charts yet, but Bollinger bands should be opening. Hope to ride the upper band past 551 to 575 and beyond. I still have big expectations for this year.

For sure, this isn't BREAKOUT CONFIRMED or anything close right now. I kinda didn't like the gap up today, to be honest. Because it's looking so much like Aug-Oct, I'm kind of treating it the same way. There's three other downtrend reference lines I'm looking at, plus that ceiling just over 550 that AAPL got rejected at in mid-Feb.

Just me, but I think the breakout's already underway. (Which might mean it's time to go all-in weekly puts, I don't know. ) Getting over 540, heck, 550 would be great by the end of the week, my own tinfoil thesis is invalidated if AAPL doesn't hold 532 or so by Friday. To send an even stronger sell signal , I realize some on Intraday don't like charts, but hey, you might like this one...if history repeats itself, that is. (Check out the rectangled areas.)
