Was it mini-crash Monday, or AAPL just being a bit overextended? Who can say.....but we rest above the price I giddily opened the weekend thread three short weeks ago. Perspective.
And a glass of Chardonnay

Missed this somehow while it was happening. Three years to sentence this guy and he only gets a year? Smells funny to me. www.cnbc.com/id/102245044

Rough week. At times, I felt more dread and powerlessness than Bill Cosby's publicist.
But we investors, and the stock itself, can use the weekend to relax, unwind, and let the flash crash panic dissipate.
So whatever your poison, craft beer, wine, or, in Mercel's case, ho's, partake! For Monday, we resume the push to 142.85!

not convinced that pico projectors would be both that bright and able to project a coherent image over that much flesh in that range and still hold focus. Heaven forbid if you have hairy inner arms.

Their web site says they need 700,000 Euros to finish developing the first prototype. I don't think it does anything yet - all they have is that nice video. Per the demo, this bracelet needs a bare arm to project onto; what if I'm wearing a long sleeved shirt?

Zuck talking smack about Apple makes me feel good about being FB-free. At some point, FB is going to feel whiplash when it dawns on people that privacy means sh*t to Zuck and FB. I thought FB's guinea pig experiment earlier this year would be a catalyst, but there will be another one, guaranteed.

I guess I just want to know that if anything like this was in production or in prototype phase - it's already been tried and tested and opined on at AAPL internally.

I'd love to be FB-free, but it's the only way I currently keep in touch with about 15 old friends. Anyway, I think I speak for a lot of people on the board when I say that we are more interested in how it went today with all of your ho's?

Well, I aspire to your standards for being politically correct, so I'm going to resist...for now. Perhaps my Thailand trip next week will cure me of that: I'm going to one-up Munster and count how many iPhones I see in Bangkok.
The international research I do on behalf of this board is a sacrifice worth making...

If only Apple made a dangling ladies' necklace my stares for the past twenty years could be justified as business research.

Here's a new AAPL options tool that rocks! Looks like $115 will be a magnet in the near-term, unless we get a catalyst -- not sure what that would be at the moment. bravo.shinyapps.io/openinterest/

The battle this week, as I see it, is AAPL Sentiment vs. The Church of Open Interest. AAPL has benefited from a steady stream of analyst upgrades and there should be more coming, with approximately 10-15 analysts whose targets are under water.
Institutions still need to buy before year-end. The question is, do they buy now or post Dec. monthly OPEX?
Guess I won't be counting iPhones in Bangkok...next year, I hope.
