Hey, Mark! Thanks for opening the thread.
Regarding editing the thread title, I had the same question and Since84 provided me with the amazingly easy answer: just edit the post and change the title just as you would any other part of it.
But since this one is due to my tardiness, I will take care of it.

Well I am doing my part. I long for the days Apple would announce record orders of new products over the weekend.
Just ordered a new iMac yesterday for us and an iPad Pro today for my mom. Will get a new iPad Pro thru work as well.
I think WWDC was huge on many fronts. Peer payments, AR, new hardware all made it one of the biggest in years. The HomePod is a work in progress.
I use my Beats speaker often so I can see a use for the HomePod. Not sure people will spend $350 for it when one already has a stereo or headphones for music.

Whiplash!
Bollinger bands are very tight, which presages a new move imminent... I think it will be up.

My only concern is the derailment that can happen on Thursday between Comey testifying and the British election.

Here are a few quick thoughts about HomePod.
All reviewers seem to agree that the audio side of HomePod is top-notch for such a device. IMHO, this is consistent with Apple expecting this to be a high-end product within its class, and was much easier to include in the initial release than...
...the intelligence side, which most reviewers see as lagging the competitors, based mostly on published tests, some of which were performed on such devices and others on phones.
It now seems obvious that the recent reports of Apple planning to produce its own AI chipsets may have been driven by this product, although all Siri-enabled devices will benefit.
I personally am not enamored of talking to any of my devices (although Fabulous Spouse has moved almost entirely to dictation in lieu of thumb typing on mobile devices), so I do not feel that I can judge how popular an intrinsically voice controlled device will be.
I welcome the insight of others.

One item I haven't heard many people talk about is the person to person payments with ApplePay. I think this could open up some new payment opportunities, with people becoming more comfortable with ApplePay.
Thoughts?

It's one of those things which people have to first try before forming an opinion. Once it's released, chatter will begin.

I thought about that today because Thursday is packed with potential volatility. IMHO I think Comey will say Trump's remarks did not constitute obstruction by themselves, but he memorialized them just in case. If he (Comey) for some insane reason says otherwise, then he has his own problems. So I think market-wise we'll be ok on this side of the pond (unless there is a damn tweet that comes out where DJT says something to make matters worse during the testimony.) As for the other side of the pond - it looks like a T. May victory but WTF knows these days. So I think we'll may be able to rise here and nip away at the 155 call wall after all.

I love using ApplePay, and I just found it supported at two of the establishments that I visit pretty often. It seems to be popping up on many of the credit card swiping terminals around here. The first experience with these alternate payment systems that made me aware of the progress they were making was at the Desert Trip music festival last October. All of the vendors on site had iPads and Square terminals. But knowing that part of the transaction fee goes to my favorite fruit company is an extra boost. I also do not have a handle on the person-to-person payment aspect. Can someone clue me in about when and how this can be useful?

When your kid is in Mozambique and needs $100, ten keystrokes and it's done.
