Tomorrow being August 24 means Tim Cook will vest his annual performance-based stock bonus based on Total Shareholder Return (TSR) for the last three years since 8/25/14. He has earned 100% of it, because TSR puts it well within the top third of S&P 500 companies for that time period. He has earned this award every year since the first one in 2014, and it continues through 2021. Let's see if he earns 100% every year through 2021. Good luck, Tim and all the longs! No news articles on this yet. I expect we'll see them after market close today.

I read the article. Cook thanked employees in Hamilton and announced a data center in Des Moines. The article's author calls this "barnstorming". Clickbait. Don't even look at the comments. Vile.

Vile. Unfortunately for me, I read the comments *before* you posted this. So depressing to read these types of remarks in 2017. Denouncing a political party is one thing, but including gays and Jews in your malicious commenting is thoroughly disgusting. One person actually referred to the FaceBook CEO by saying, "Zuckerberg is just another one Hitler missed!". The white nationalists and neo-Nazis who showed up in Charlottesville would be pleased to read the entire comments section.

They are invariably disgusting and full of POC-hatred, Jew-hatred, homosexual-hatred, etc. Avoid them like the plague that they are.

Duck it (search it). But was it necessary to mention vile comments when you find the same trash everywhere and in liberal comment sections? We should be thankful Rep.Gov. Kim Reynolds and Dem.CEO.Tim Cook have worked together in a non-partisan fashion. Of course probably did not have a choice of location since middle america is a sea of red. Could have located the data center in Minnesota. Now look...lets be fair about the violent brownshirt antifa also. I have not heard denunciation from the left hardly anywhere. Shameful.

OMG delusional Using the "false equivalency' is the charade. You are parroting a charade fomented by partisan hate. Until you denounce violent Antifa and the anarchist plus cop killing BLM along with the white power screwballs, you are in the dog house, and a screwball.

It is my view that the market would have gone up even if Clinton was president. Trump will simply make it more volatile. We should ignore what Trump says. Everything is just noise until we get some tax legislation passed along with some balanced budgets. We need leadership and it is not in the WH.
Barring a recession I see the markets continue to move up. If we can get that tax repatriation going next Spring, then we should see $200+ by June.
What will make things more interesting is to see how the markets react next Nov after mid terms.
In the mean time all data points to good iPhone sales.
I can see the HomePod and Apple TV mesh into a true television in the next 4 years.
The car rumors are getting interesting as well. Lots of cool things to look forward in the next 10 years.
