Waiting to hear more about the Apple Card, last thing I remember was that it was supposed to launch this Summer. I'm hoping for some kind of update soon, our family is ready!
Cheers to the longs.

That 2021 iPhone that is thinner and no notch got my attention. I think that’s the year Apple will be back in the game.
Face ID and the screen are making the last two years models much too expensive. If Apple can lower the price by 25% with different components and better form I think sales would explode. Sure margins will suffer, but if services is the future they need to increase market share in units.
5G sounds impressive for next year, but network rollout will take a few more years. That is here in the US. Internationally it will take even longer.
I will be in India for 2 weeks in about 30 days. Will see how much info I can gather on their issues and opportunities.

The Apple Card has a chance to launch before earnings are announced, giving Tim and Luca something extra to crow about on the call: "We have received 10 jillion applications for our Apple Card"

In-screen Touch ID would be superior to FaceID, especially on the iPad, where I have to contort how I'm holding it for FaceID to work.
Hopefully it happens next year, not 2021. FaceID is cool, but if I'm wearing a particular pair of sunglasses, it doesn't work.

FaceID is cool, but if I'm wearing a particular pair of sunglasses, it doesn't work. I’ve had the opposite experience, quite often I’ve unlocked the phone while wearing sunglasses and a bike helmet. I fully expected it not to work but it did. Maybe you can try rescanning your image?

It depends on the type of sunglasses. The reflective kind I think won't work, but non-reflective ones will.

You know what really jars my preserves about Cook is that he doesn't make the stock go where my technical analysis says that it must go.

On the other hand, Face ID has been close to perfectly reliable…and very fast.

TA is a byproduct of bad execution which then is confirmed in earnings. I believe the market understands aapl. SPY is at ATH while aapl is correcting. Little stories like this further sheds light that all is not well in Cupertino. It is now possible we may see a nice perfect correction in July which sets us up for another 24% move up into the iPhone 11 release. WS will find some number they like to justify the sling shot created by RSI in the 30. The next 8 weeks could be very interesting to say the least. Time these moves right and I will be posting from Hawaii.😂😂

Do you have technical analysis to support this Sponge?
"The operations guru spends more time on twitter praising liberal causes instead of making sure Apple is performing properly."

I believe the market understands aapl. Your belief is in a perfectly efficient market in Apple's case. Good luck with that. Warren Buffet would be quite amused in this faith.

He commented about something that he believes to be true and, for the most part I believe he's correct. I would think that you, of all AFB members, would be more understanding when someone makes a statement that they *believe* to be true but which ends up falling a little short(and sometimes a lot short) of what they had projected. You know, kind of like, "Let he who is *never* wrong, cast the first derogatory comment".
