Read this one a month or so ago.
The book was slow at times, and sometimes seemed to stretch a bit on using ideas from past manufacturing into other businesses, like finance. But by and large, it was a great book, and most of the "Toyota" ways of doing things you could easily substitute in Apple.
I don't know if Apple based some of it's management and process styles off of this, or it was natural progression. But it meshes pretty well with what I saw at Apple, and what I have heard of Apple since then.
