Outstanding as always Since84, thanks! I'm glad you enjoy it. You must let me know if I'm going too far. Sometimes my sarcasm/sense of humor can be a little 'out there'. Wherever there is.

I'm tempted to reply that "out there" is to infinity and beyond......... Keep up the shtick! As one noted for an acerbic approach to the world, I very much enjoy my morning cup of Since 84 ( which replaces my Ensure). Style is everything. Are you sure you are not one of the Kardashians? I'm stuck at an industry conference this week and can only peek longingly at my iPhone under the table.....so keep the chatter coming everybody. And has anyone ever seen JD and Kanye West at the same time....

Bryan Chaffin (boo, hiss) of The Mac Observer says that he is certain that Apple is working on a car: www.macobserver.com/tmo/article/apple-is-working-on-a-carI just don't see it. I suspect that the idea that Apple is going to give Tesla a run for the money has to do with batteries and energy storage, perhaps on a large scale, which would make the announced agreement to create a huge solar farm in California a good place to experiment.

Nah. More shorts. More fuel. It's counter intuitive. Not that this name is highly shorted anyways.

What do you see as the next resistance level? I'm measuring a ABCD up to about 128.50. Let's call it 130 or so.

Jony Ive likes watches and cars... Like Big Mo...run AAPL run. Guys one of the main guys at Apple is on the board of Ferrari. It's going to happen. Think about an industry that is right for apple to take on. Big bold and think about how much pollution Apple can help mitigate by bringing tesla to the next level. Yep - when elon moves away as he stated he would - Apple is in pole position to buy it. You heard it here first.

I would kind of like to see this, yet I'm not sure Apple is up to the multitasking it would require to run a car company. I mean, they can't even get iTunes right; they abandoned Aperture for lack of interest/ability; and seem unable to bring new Mac Minis and other computers to market. They are superb at handling a few major projects, but everything else seems to get shunted to the side. I see a car company as a major distraction.

Apple is a business not an environmental charity. Nobody wants electric cars, not even with massive subsidies. Anyway, you guys need to respect my artistry. Since84 should give me his award for best post.

I cannot think of anything that would make me get out of Apple faster than having Apple get involved with electric cars. Well, maybe if Nate comes back, that would do it too

What do you see as the next resistance level? I'm measuring a ABCD up to about 128.50. Let's call it 130 or so. I'm being told $125.80 - I feel like someone somewhere transposed a number. Anyway someone who I follow on Avi's board and has been so spot on with AAPL has this as his Fib target (1.618x). At that point he has to reassess. Another person on Avi's site who is also very good is saying she has reassessed and it's $130-135 so I'm watching but I have to tell you as I have before - these are technicals and they NEED to be incorporated with the fundamentals which are saying to look at higher levels because they are firing on all engines. Again, we'll see. I've been long through this so am watching carefully.

I think there's a 2.6 giv extension up to 140 that's on my radar as well. I will be trimming around 128. I may at 125...
