Good morning everyone. AAPL is RED trading at 131.60 -0.57 (0.43%) at 6:16. Major indices are all RED as well. Where do we go from here? In the news: Apple Ordered to Pay $532.9 Million in iTunes Patent Dispute. Stories at AppleInsider, Reuters, NYT and others. Are Apple's new Emoji's racist and other first world problems. A poster on Reddit was complaining yesterday that Apple did not include a red skinned emoji. I honestly couldn't tell if the poster was being sarcastic or not. Unfortunately, slow news days are often fertile ground for FUD. Have a great day. Let's make money.

Yesterday's price action was interesting: 1) New all time intra day high, 2) Day close above day low, 3) Day low above prior day low, 4) Day low above Friday's high and close.
Seems like digestion, Monday was extraordinary, more so than top.
I'm not surprised to hear a few people pulling the trigger and taking profits. I have taken some and am slowly reducing my options exposure. There is certainly room for a pullback between now and the next surge, but will it?
What is your take on the next month versus the next 3 months.

Tonight's episode of Modern Family (NBC) was filmed entirely on an iPhone...iPad...Mac. The theme is modern communication and in some cases miscommunication (I'm guessing spell check may be a culprit there). Anyway - I plan to watch it as the whole set will be outfitted with AAPL products. I hope they use lots of cool functions so that it captures more attention. We'll see. The bar is low as it is NBC - parent of CNBC. CORRECTION: IT IS ON ABC ...OOPS!

For those who don't normally watch and look for it tonight, Modern Family is actually an ABC network show, not NBC.

According to appleinsider: Rumor: Tim Cook reveals waterproofing on Apple Watch has improved since unveiling, can be worn in shower
Who does this? I know some do but how do you wash the skin under the strap - furthermore, the soap (assuming you shower properly) will build a film on the watch. It's just nasty. Take it off...how lazy can someone be!?

cdnphoto - good point! Maybe they could use the same technology for iPhone. I got caught in a storm last year and it was pouring. Had the phone in my pocket but I was drenched running to my car. Game over. Genius Bar said water damage.

It doesn't suck it's resetting the overbought status on the daily chart. Another opportunity will emerge

It is very, very small. TYPICAL of products.

RE: Watch in the shower. I agree that for a normal daily routine the watch should come off. If you are at the gym, work up a sweat all over your watch, and just rinse off, it can stay on. Don't want to waste time back-n-forth to the locker, so the thing doesn't get stolen, just to keep it dry. Very happy for the extra effort, Apple - thanks. So, preorders when?!?

I'll provide English or Irish breakfast tea leaves - you read 'em. I don't know. I'm still mulling over. I think I need a few more sessions to really get an idea. I feel I would be guessing at this moment and I don't like that feeling On a micro time frame I see a succession of lower lows and lower highs Aapl now breaking down under 130. That's 3.50 dollars off the intraday highs just from less then one and a half sessions ago Essentially flat from week.

Wow, I hadn't looked @ AAPL since early this morning, what the hell happened, did Apple announce transporters, cure all known diseases or something? I guess they didn't invent transporters or cure all known diseases.
