the WSJ also cites the AAPL slump as the consequence of Android for work launch by Google. Is that FUD for today?

Google is a peeping Tom; I can't imagine why business would embrace them. On the mobile front, the platform is a disaster. If the stock dropped over that, AAPL should return to its winning ways shortly.

Have to laugh at all the headlines about the $500M judgment. It's pocket change for Apple, and I don't think that they are ready to stop litigating it either.

Looks like the ads in Vogue are getting a bit of air time this morning as well. CNBC has verbally mentioned it 3 separate times and there is a ticker below that has mentioned it on an ongoing basis.

aapl is heading to whacky trading land. I hate the gap up volitility. It's killer and draining. Trade em well folks
With this rate of decline I doubt I would long 125. I need to see a return to normalcy first.
120 would get me interested as its prior break out and should be solid.

Looks like between 124-126 saavy traders are salivating. We'll see. Another saavy trader thinks we see 131-132 on a very near term level and then back to 124-126. In the end .... once the train heads higher from those lower levels I believe they are all looking at 140-145 area

This weekly candle that is setting up is a killer unfortunately. Last similar set up historically is 2012 push to 630 Few great weeks. Then a nasty bearish engulfing weekly candle that led to 15 percent loss over a few weeks before putting in our 2012 700 top.

The first fib from the earnings gap move is 126.42 from lows to highs. AAPL came within a whisker of that level.
.382 level.

This one saavy trader felt it was close enough and that we may be in a reversal here to $137 ... it's interesting to watch these guys argue but I try to stick to the ones who have had a disciplined approach and look at the charts without feeling emotion. This particular guy is the "Sheldon" of the group ... it's either math or nonsense. Again - never rely on one person but it's very interesting. By the way breaking news on AAPL ... invitation only event on Monday, March 9th!

Don't have the link but somebody is estimating Apple will demand 30% of global gold supply for the Apple Watch. 746 tons based on 2oz gold per watch which means almost 11 million gold Apple Watches. I think that's a bit of an aggressive assumption, but it does make you think...

Proud to say my significant other has a role in the event. O.K...so we know you can't talk now but afterwards please fill us in. Inquiring minds want to know. The event is the day after Daylight Savings Time kicks in and the day before the Shareholders meeting...I mean, could it BE more propicious. (oops just saw Luckychoice had this tidbit first...)

Proud to say my significant other has a role in the event. Catwalk model showing off the Watch? Design executive explaining its upgradability? Janitor cleaning up afterwards?

In the end .... once the train heads higher from those lower levels I believe they are all looking at 140-145 area Based on fib numbers, above $132 means resumption of rally. $124-$125 means 20-day EMA/SMA, IMHO, should be 30-day EMA/SMA same expectation as macwire, $120. Edit: $140-$145 is a lock this year but when is the question. Which strike price and month for calls to achieve max profit?

Wow, I hadn't looked @ AAPL since early this morning, what the hell happened, did Apple announce transporters, cure all known diseases or something? I guess they didn't invent transporters or cure all known diseases. Opps, well I guess at 10:00am it leaked that Apple had indeed develop transporters, but as yet no cures for all known diseases.
