Did my part ... bought 3 iPhone 6's 64gb last weekend. Loving it so far .... only thing that I'm disappointed in is I have yet to be able to use Apple Pay .... all set on my phone but haven't been to a merchant yet that accepts it. Cheers to the longs ....

Has to be. SoC replaceable as needed. I guarantee it will be. Like a traditional luxury watch "cleaning". And I will take the other side of that bet. no Apple product has its insides upgradable. They will offer trade-in credit for new purchase. Agree. It would be so green to have interchangeable innards, but very unApple. Would you want to upgrade yr processor and be 'stuck' with a two or three year old style case and tired screen when the new model's energy-sipping iAMOLED+ screen doubles the battery life, for example? Backwards compatibility seems so . . . Windows-esque, so Ballmer, like a bowling ball collection in yr tent trailer (or something). Also, you don't upgrade yr Rolls Royce or Bentley; you put it in yr collection or trade in and buy the new models! (I do it all the time.)

I still think Apple could put sensors and other enhancements (bigger battery) into wrist straps that uplink to the watch inside the connection clip. Maybe v2.0. Hidden diagnostic ports on the Watch! www.macrumors.com/2015/03/05/apple-watch-diagnostic-port/Ahead of Monday's media event where Apple is expected to provide final details on the Apple Watch, a new report from TechCrunch details a hidden "diagnostic port" inside one of the channels on the Apple Watch where watch bands slip into place. While the port is currently used only for diagnostic purposes, the report argues it could be used in the future to interface with "smart band" accessories bringing additional functionality to the watch. OK, so why am I not already working at Apple.

At least one commenter at the link nailed Cherian for his connections to Android and provided this link to The Verge: www.theverge.com/2015/3/4/8149663/apple-pay-credit-card-fraud-banksDoes Apple Pay really have a fraud problem? The fraud is happening through the banks, not through Apple Pay============ Mark S. • 11 hours ago Weird - the guy who writes the article is involved in a competing Android system. No conflict of interest there. /s This article is a lot more accurate than the biased opinion piece above. www.theverge.com/2015/3...

This whole Abraham episode is running the risk of making me seriously question the honesty and good faith of tech commentators, possibly even adversely coloring my generally positive view of humanity itself.
