How can any of us on this Board help? ?? Thanks, but we will follow protocol for now. I don't want to ruffle feathers just yet, when they have all the power. But the damage has been done. They have turned us from Apple evangelists into Android proponents. I don't like android and what it stands for, but I don't appreciate how Apple has kicked a loyal developer straight to the nuts, when we have done everything they asked. Their original ask is already going to make our product harder to use for our customers. Their demands are simply unbelievable. We are being forced to remove customer help links to our web site, because they think it could be used to sell subscriptions. Which is not true. So Apple is forcing us to change OUR Web site. And by the way, they are suggesting that we use in app purchases when that business model makes zero sense. Of course they would get 30% of the revenue that they completely do not deserve if we did this. We don't make money from the apps. It is from a much larger Enterprise solution, that we have spent millions creating. Thousands of companies have the exact same model as we do. I wonder if they are next. If it's just help links to the website, then why not simply embed the help information inside the app? It'll satisfy them that you aren't redirecting for the purpose of sales AND it will be much faster for the user.

This may be a rare case of Apple missing a tiny detail that gives something away about the future. Now does anyone have a historical snapshot of what it said a week or two ago? Or a month or two ago? Aha! I checked the wayback machine and sure enough, on 17-Feb it said "Just $99". And on 13-Mar it said "Just $69". So something changed in the last week.

Now that they're a "luxury" brand, they should come out with a solid gold version starting at $30,000 to help bring the margins up.

We have good reasons for how we built this product, and frankly how we choose to support our customers should be none of their business. They have now put our app back on the store. All they have accomplished is degrading the experience for our customers while throwing our business into chaos. We have seen this kind of garbage over and over again. Our developers en masse have switched to Android phones because of the arbitrary nonsense they throw at developers. Today I joined them in my disgust for Apple. They are bastards at times.

That was an impressive level of fu&^ery right there. I'm seeing a 125.16 print. $3 drop in the last 10 mins. What does the SEC do again?

More than likely, we'll get it back on Monday. My take is that post April Earnings report we should get quite a pop.

XOM has the same price action at the close. It has to be Triple Witching effect. The afterhours action would seem to validate it.
We are now seeing Iphone estimates (guesses) of 60 million plus for the March quarter...the fundamentals look very good. We just have to ride out the gyrations.

Well, to be fair, considering that you're using their infrastructure, it is at least a little some of their business. If you want complete autonomy, consider using a web app instead. Then you could change it all you want without having to adhere to any of their rules. Their system, their rules, that's how the world works. I've heard of a few app developers, and users (including ME), complain about their rules regarding them not permitting an app to close itself. I'm sure they have good reasons for it (probably having to do with memory management and it causing delays switching from app to app), but it can sometimes be annoying (especially when an app isn't well-behaved and ends up causing battery drain while running in the background).

ABC's GOOD MORNING AMERICA had a nice inside segment by MINNESOTA girl Rebecca Jarvis. Health related aspects of the WATCH have been studied by for over a year. This aspect of WATCH covered extensively by TWIT TV twit.tv/show/tech-news-today/1220

We can agree to disagree. How does it hurt Apple or abuse their almighty infrastructure to provide a convenient way to talk to our customer support team? They have forced us to take that out of our app. This was a simple "contact support" link, so a user could easily find out how to get a live person to help them out. All because of their damn paranoia that somehow our technical support guys are sales people in disguise. At least that is how it looks because they won't tell you why. They just tell you to get rid of it , or they will kick you out of the store. In spite of the sheer stupidity of this, we did it with no questions asked. They were in possession of our app that did exactly what they asked for and they still threw us out of the store. Only to put us back in when they actually looked at our new submission. It is not as simple as doing a web app, and we shouldn't have to. Remember we have been up in the store for over two years with all of this customer help stuff there the entire time. We have customers in roll out that saw us disappear off the App Store. How do you think that looks? Obviously they are oblivious to the harm they inflict or just don't care.

Great degree of drop-off even adjusting for AAPL being about 1.5x "higher" per share. Eh, onward to Monday.
