So looks like we are headed lower ..... anyone know where the line of major support lies ? After listening to Cramer's chart talk the other night I seem to remember $108 and change being support ... pretty close to where we are now .
Sheesh ..... tough to hold this stock the last 2 years .
Half hearted cheers to the longs .....

The beatings will continue until morale improves by electing the sane and rational candidate. Otherwise, the beatings will pick up in intensity.

True. With a Clinton victory I expect a chance of recovery. With Trump will come a market sell-off, albeit a temporary one like we saw after Brexit.

Seems like AMZN is being put into place... Sorry, disregard what I said. Something like that can never happen

KGI‘s Ming-Chi Kuo is out with his latest iPhone sales numbers forecast which shows the iPhone 7 line falling in sales for the second consecutive year. The primary drivers are weak demand in China, slow shipment volume of 4.7” iPhones in 1Q17, and the lack of a new iPhone SE in 2Q17 9to5mac.com/2016/11/04/iphone-7-sales/Hard to believe that with possible supply constraints the rest of the year that FQ2 will be a drop.

Seems like Apple is really screwing up lately from all sides of the business. Extremely slow product updates, TV failure, apparent car failure, iPhone slowdown, cable/port decisions that don't even play nice between their own products, consistently poor forecasting of demand, and a general lack of excitement from consumers. All this while the competition is rapidly narrowing the gap on Apple's strengths in hardware/design/marketing (Surface Studio, Pixel, S7Edge/pre-explosion Note 7). Apple meanwhile continues to show little to no improvement in cloud services. It's only a matter of time before that Services revenue starts to flatline and then they'll have absolutely nothing to be bullish on.
At least their $5B spaceship campus looks nice.
I no longer believe AAPL is dramatically undervalued - only slightly. If they don't make good acquisitions and their massive R&D spend continues to be inefficient, I don't see them growing revenue on a consistent basis.

I've been reading the many angry comments about the port change on the new MacBook Pros, both on this board and on other sites. I don't have any strong feelings about it right now because I plan to wait until I actually have a chance to see and try the units before I get too wound up about it. Now granted, I'm an easy laugh but things are way too quiet and somber on this board lately and I did get a few chuckles out of these two videos: Hitler rants about the new 2016 MacBook Pro Apple Engineer Talks About New 2016 Macbook Pro

Maybe I'm the only one here who isn't impressed by a one-stop shop TV app that doesn't include Netflix. I'd love to hear why I'm wrong.

Unless I'm really misjudging the attitude on the board here lately about Apple, AAPL and Tim Cook, the future holds nothing but one page daily and weekend threads while the 10 or so people left on the board take turns leaving comments. Update: Here's another solution left by a different commenter: 9to5mac.com/2016/11/03/kickstarter-snapnator-magsafe-alternative-macbook-pro/amp/

Wonder if I should bail out.

Or set the middle east afire with stupid policies? I don't recall him throwing a lamp at his spouse, who worked in the US illegally. But I do recall an upcoming trial in which he will be prosecuted for allegedly raping a 13-year-old. Explain it away, like all your fellow travelers.

Here's a thought: Ever lose or misplace a Macbook's Magsafe charger? And you need to use your Macbook right now and it's battery is dead or dying? This has happened countless times when my girlfriend (who lives an hour away) is visiting (she either leaves the Magsafe charger at her house, or at mine when she goes home). Once, she lost the thing for days and couldn't use her Mac. No cheap knock-offs are available because Magsafe is proprietary. They are EIGHTY DOLLARS. And only Apple sells them. No running to a Fry's on a Sunday night, no Amazon Prime. I've learned to hate that fucking thing. I have to believe cheap USB-C 29W knock-off chargers will abound. And yeah, someone will invent a magnetic knock-off too for those too clumsy or smart to charge their expensive computers somewhere SAFE, as in MagSAFE.

But I do recall an upcoming trial in which he will be prosecuted for allegedly raping a 13-year-old. Explain it away, like all your fellow travelers. Oh noes, Melania earned a few bucks and paid taxes on 7 photo shoots when she was in the US legally on a visitors visa and 2 years before she met Donald Trump. Because yeah, those damned high fashion model immigrants are stealing jobs from Americans! Poor Cindy Crawford had to go on unemployment! But I'm glad you think immigration law should be enforced. And yeah, that alleged 13-yr-old "victim" stood up the media and dropped her lawsuit again. But since both Hillary and Bill visited Jeffery Epstein's Pedo Island, I'd be careful with that allegation as a weapon. Regardless, Hillary voters taught me that character and honesty are irrelevant to them. Good, so let's vote based on policy preference, not who we'd want to date our brother or sister, which is what I am doing.
