AAPL is back to underperforming and I expect this to continue for the rest of the year. It's so nice to be in a stock that actually moves the way you want it to (AMZN). It's just so easy. Still have 1/2 my AAPL stake - can't seem to bring myself to dump it - and may re-add a week or two before earnings depending on where it's trading.

With the market rallying over 350 points and AAPL being up by a mere dollar, it seems fit to say that AAPL has been broken again. The only stimulus in the near-term is a Clinton victory.
If Apple reports 80 Bln+ in Jan then things might rev up again.
What say?

I think Q2 guidance has potential to be strong, due to last year's channel stuff and this year's supply constraints. It's possible to see double digit growth. Beyond that, probably nothing until the hype starts building for the next iPhone, or any positive news about repatriation taxes.

Speaking of repatriation taxes, I think that'll be one advantage of having Trump vs Clinton. The new bill with a much lower tax rate might get passed in a few months vs a few years.

Is the blackout window on share buy-backs still in effect?
Anybody know?

Just turned off my divvy re-invest. First time ever. Made me feel sad. I've never done auto-reinvest of dividends on my stock. Why should I buy at some random price on the day of the dividend when I can choose a better price (on any day before or after the dividend is distributed)?
