Today is bullish. A little bit of a pullback after going from 104-110 is totally cool. If apple retraces more - will form positive divergence. Think of today as apple dancing with a hot woman (or man if you are a lady reading this) and is now taking a quick bathroom break before headed back to the dance floor to moonwalk and perhaps do the robot. The really battle is at 112. If we can clear that with conviction - apple is getting some nice action all the way up to 118-120 IMO. Here is what the smart money "block traders" are doing online.wsj.com/mdc/public/page/2_3022-mfgppl-moneyflow.html

Google is locking people's accounts for trying to resell the Pixel: www.dansdeals.com/archives/98444Absolutely despicable act if you ask me. Hard to believe a $500B+ company would exact such petty revenge on people for violating their TOS.

After reading that article I would suggest the title is more than misleading. Yes, Apple COULD make a iPhone in "merica" but it makes little sense to. When computer automation is building 90% of the phone ... we might see production return till then manufacturing jobs are not coming back to the U.S. in any significant numbers ..... Steve Jobs said it already and I agree. We live in a big global economy and that's the way it is .... trying to put up walls and pretending we don't is silly. Apple provides more than a fair amount of jobs in this country ... jobs that include healthcare and a livable wage. Attacking Apple specifically is insane. Cheers to the longs.

GOOF GRIEF! Apple has determined that some iPhone 6 Plus devices may exhibit display flickering or Multi-Touch issues after being dropped multiple times on a hard surface and then incurring further stress on the device www.apple.com/support/iphone6plus-multitouch/

WRT a return to US iPhone manufacturing, yes, of course there will be robots. Ultimately it could actually save money on shipping, if it were automated with a magnitude less human employees, assuming the supply chain followed suit. Or make the supply chain eat shipping costs from China with Apple's typical draconian contracts. But maybe Tim Cook leaked that story for Chinese eyes and ears after China's recent sabre rattling WRT iPhone. Foxconn employs some 690,000 workers in China, equaling the entire population of Detroit. Your move, bitches.

I will expose my ignorance for your pleasure. If Hon Hai builds a plant in the United States what is the U.S. corporate tax rate on profits for a.) iPhones sold in the U.S. and b.) iPhones sold outside the U.S.? Bonus question, if the United States do indeed reduce the corporate tax rate will that be an incentive for Ho Hai to build a plant in the U.S.?

I'm sorry, but I have little faith in share buybacks as a stock price booster after the last few years. One could argue it propped the stock up from falling farther, but that can't be proven. What would make an asset more attractive in a 0% environment? Increase the dividend significantly. If the oil companies and carriers can do 4%+, why can't Apple if all these foreign earnings are permanently freed up?

I agree regarding the buybacks but I would love to see a significant increase in the dividend , which I believe would really help the share price.
Cheers to the longs

Double it to ~4% and I'll happily hold AAPL for life.
