KeyBanc upgrades Apple to buy, stock surges“Analyst Andy Hargreaves raised his rating on Apple to overweight, the equivalent of buy, after being at sector weight for the past 4 1/2 months,” Kilgore reports. “He set a base-case price target of $187, which is 19% above Friday’s closing price of $156.99.”

Latest rumour is that iPhone X production has risen from 100,000 units per week to 400,000. Still not even close to being enough, so there’s a lot more work to be done. I’m seeing a lot of ads for it, so I remain hopeful that Apple is planning for a decent amount of supply.

2013! This is a great indicator of why it is so difficult for various "me too" Apple competitors to match the quality and integration of Apple products.

Whew! I just got around to watching this 15 minute video (via PED) of NYU Prof. Scott Galloway's appearance at the Digital-Life-Design conference. I will likely need to watch it several more times to absorb everything presented, but what I did catch was enlightening enough to recommend it. The overview of the talk is an evaluation of the current state and projected futures of the Four Horsemen of tech. Highly recommended.

But I noticed the video was from January 2015 so I intend to search for and watch any updated video regarding his take on the "Four Horseman of Tech" as of 2017. Thanks for posting the link, chinacat.

Thanks for posting the link, chinacat. Ooops! It was linked to from a recent PED column, and I missed the fact that it was from 2015. I need to view it again with that in mind to see which of his predictions held up; off the top of my head, not all did. Thanks for catching my mistake.
