Just had a news alert about 1300 tariffs proposed by administration, targeting electronics.
Dang, I was hopeful Apple could avoid getting hurt by this trade-war.

Trump administration targets Chinese electronics, aerospace and machinery goods with $50 billion in tariffs By Washington Post Staff April 3 at 5:25 PM In the latest move in a deepening U.S.-China trade conflict, the Trump administration made public a list of Chinese products it plans to hit with steep tariffs.
The 1,300 proposed tariff increases are designed to penalize China for policies that U.S. trade officials say put American companies at a disadvantage in the Chinese market. But business groups have warned they could backfire on U.S. companies such as Apple, Google, IBM and Dell. This is a developing story. It will be updated.

On a lighter note: "Apple has snapped up John Giannandrea, who today stepped down from his position as the head of Google's search and artificial intelligence unit, reports The New York Times. According to Apple, Giannandrea will run Apple's overall "machine learning and A.I. strategy," reporting directly to Apple CEO Tim Cook. www.macrumors.com
