I just think the modern phone is so essential and has such an incredible range of functionalities, many people want the best when they buy. And it is not like a car, out of the price range for many people. People live on their phones. Why settle for less?

I just think the modern phone is so essential and has such an incredible range of functionalities, many people want the best when they buy. And it is not like a car, out of the price range for many people. People live on their phones. Why settle for less? Exactly! If the iPhone is the supercomputer in your pocket that you use more than a computer, then why not wait an extra year or two to replace your computer, and spend $300-$500/year on a nice phone. We lucked out with the fireworks yesterday, having a friend with his blanket set up front and center at a edge of the beach. It was the closest spot to the fireworks, other than being on a boat. This morning my son and I kayaked out on the lake, checking out Milken's fireworks barge setup. He has his own fireworks, to celebrate his birthday. We'll be watching that show tonight too, but without the hour long backup to get home after they switched the direction of a road they temporarily made one way. Grrrr Nice to see AAPL moving positively, but with volume this low I don't see much happening for now, until after monthly options close. There's decent volume of both calls and puts at 185, so I'd guess at more than a 50% chance of staying nearby.
