MacWorld has How Apple can clean up the mess that is Safari in iOS 15. I don’t usually run pre-release software, so I haven’t seen it yet, but it sounds like there is still much in flux that could change before the official release. PED has Evercore: Apple facing September headwinds. As always, in Tim We Trust to handle operational issues, but there will certainly be some challenges. After the problems we have had getting our new iMac (both delivery time and data conversion) I am beginning to to get a bit more skeptical about Apple’s execution these days.

I am beginning to to get a bit more skeptical about Apple’s execution these days. I sadly agree: both in hardware and software. The problem is that Apple has set a high bar for it's ability to produce excellent hardware and software. Thus, any issues, with either of them, is perceived to be a huge problem. I still believe that Apple is significantly better than the competition. But the gap is, IMO, narrowing.
