I’m sure once we’re on the move again there’ll be more activity on the board. Let’s just hope it’s in the upward direction. 😉

I suspect fewer on this board are day trading and most are enjoying the fruits of their long positions. Thus less interest in a few points of daily movement. Also, this is just a few $s higher than where AAPL's price was in Jan. If this breaks and holds $150, I suspect we will see more activity.

I think this is the reason, from playultimate -- "I suspect fewer on this board are day trading and most are enjoying the fruits of their long positions. Thus less interest in a few points of daily movement."

I had thought we might pop to $155 in January on earnings. And if it did I wasn’t expecting it to hold. Not that it matters being long. But I suspect when a share price spikes it then paves the way towards that price in due course - it’s like when AAPL hit $1T for the first time and the “law of large numbers’ people got over it when the sky didn’t fall in. So it is with spikes in share prices… in my armchair opinion.
Anyways, yes agree this sideways action is not nearly as exciting as a ‘wheeeee’ ride up.

I also remember those days. Tommo_UK was one of the best with his takes on Apple. I had zero interest in all the trading posts. My method of investing in Apple was totally boring. I just held, never sold, not very exciting. All it did was make me money year after year
