Patently Apple has New 2022 iPhone SE Renderings have been posted. Since I retired, my iPhone has become my least used device, as I use either my iPad or iMac most often at home; if the SE gets 5G as rumored though, that may be enough of an attraction. "2022". Looks good. My daughter's 8 isn't doing so great, but she says she doesn't mind. Maybe we'll get the new SE for her, as the current SE is doing well for my son. The other choice is upgrading to a 14 for me, and giving my 11 to her. But like her, I think my current iPhone is doing fine, and I'm in no rush to upgrade. I use my iPhone when "on the go", really only glancing at it in the house when I know I'm just checking something quick, like the stock price or articles while coffee is brewing. I doubled my daily usage when visiting relatives over the holidays, and it really didn't matter too much that it was a smaller screen. Each person is different. But yea, I prefer to use the devices that have larger screens, when I am around them.

Apologies for the typo; now fixed. And fixed in my quote too. My, you are thorough! Nice! Sorry, I try to not be too nit picky, but it's tough after being paid to be "detail oriented". Nice to see a little green today. $173 to the $200 or $210 price targets is still pretty good. It seems like AAPL will get a bump up, if the expected positiveness of sales actually comes out in earnings. I'd like to see Apple start giving a little guidance, mainly just to keep the predictions by analysts in line. Less uncertainty helps a little in keeping volatility a little bit lower.

Agree on screen size, but I think for me it's the keyboard on the iMac that makes the biggest difference. The mouse/finger comparison is pretty close for general navigation, but for any task that requires more than trivial typing a real keyboard is must. Games or browsing around during TV commercials in a comfy chair work just fine.

Normally quoting someone nearly makes it immutable, at least from a single user perspective. So quoting Sponge made it so there was a copy, even if he went back and edited the original. Who knows. Maybe it's true. Maybe moderators are just special.

He seems to have disappeared...

]I've long felt our moderators are special. But since you bring up Sponge, has anyone heard anything from or about him? He seems to have disappeared... Nope. Looks like he last logged in just less than a year ago. But plenty, who are happy to read but just don't feel like they need to say something, keep on following. FWIW, without identifying him too specifically, he does have a .mac email account listed, and his IP ping is within 50 miles of you JD. Personally, there are others I would rather wish Happy Trails to. Such is life. Hopefully greener pastures were found by all former AFBers.
