This is why they say “don’t fight the fed.” No matter how apple does as a company, the fed’s tightening actions have the power to squash the stock’s multiple.

Demonizing ATT because it is allegedly bad for small business is a strategy, but there isn't real proof that it is based on fact. It just benefits some people/companies to use ATT as an excuse for any financial troubles they may have had also because of pandemic or other reasons. But advertising can live on and be used without tracking a digital identifier. It may be less efficient from the point of view of the advertiser, but it can be done. It is not as though ATT forbids the ads themselves.
And the digital identifier is the property of the users, they can choose not to share it. It is as simple as that. The discussion about "legislating" is interesting, but it should be kept separate from the ATT prompt where I, as a user, decide not to be tracked, which is my right.

Couldn't Agree more!
I don't have or use FB on my main Desktop Mac and yet my Manage Data Prefs in Safari is somehow filled with FB Cookies from Sites that have embedded FB Code/trackers.

Those that harvest data can pay 30% of their sales of same to the harvested. That would identify who was harvesting, where they sold it, and for how much. Also a dime fee for each piece of data kept on their servers. Humanity existed along time without Facebook etc. and AMZN. They are of limited value if any to the entire world.

🌎 🍏 📱?
Hong Kong (CNN Business)China's southern city of Shenzhen on Monday shut down the world's largest electronics market and suspended public transport nearby as authorities enforced neighborhood-wide lockdowns in response to a small number of Covid cases.
With Sept 7th right around the corner hopefully TC (The Logisitics Guy) has a solution on hand for shiny nu iPhone 14's....

The end-of-the-day chart looks good. A big uptick in price with a huge uptick in volume. Remember, tomorrow is the last day of August. And it looks like that gap got filled.

I remember, many years ago when Google was first getting started, people were having trouble understanding how Google was going to ever make a profit since they were giving everything away. We soon found out and it seemed that no one really cared, after all it was “free”. The same for Facebook.

Apparently, the Constitution has been amended to include private companies' licensing agreements.

It really is funny (As a Canadian) to see how many people misinterpret the US Constitution. It's almost as if they've never actually read it or had a basic study of it.

If you haven’t already seen some of the “ on the street interview” videos on YouTube, where someone asks what should be simple questions about this nation from our younger generation and their ignorance is placed on display for the world to see. Questions such as how many states does the US have and they haven’t a clue. Funny and frightening at the same time.

Or they haven't actually read the second amendment, or its history or intention, even though they quote it endlessly....
