It was a short week. It didn't feel like AAPL went up, but it was in the green.
FWIW, the stock app's "1W" is 5 trading days, so it doesn't work for the Friday to Friday calculations this time around.
I upgraded Sonoma to x.3.1 last night. It's amazing how long those updates can take sometimes, between the download, unpacking, and then install. But I tend to only restart my system once a month, and apparently have around 120 tabs open in Safari, so some things take a bit of time.

Here's an article on Apple's MLS streaming. Everything seems positive: www.cnn.com/2024/02/24/business/apple-tv-mls-season-pass/index.html2 things were still a little confusing to me. The first was the wording not being straightforward about how many months long the season is. It's hard to know if it's 9 months, or something like 7. If there is different pricing for a month vs a season, it's nice to know the comparison. I searched last year, and the info wasn't found with just a 30 second search, due to things like pre season, post season, and exhibition games. But I think last year Apple stepped down that "season" price, to fit in with the "remaining season". The other from the story was this little part: I'm only slightly familiar with this, thinking back as a kid to the sf bay area teams, before the internet and when cable tv was much more limited (and nonexistent at our house). I'm guessing that's saying (not knowing enough about the teams or locations) that if San Jose is playing Miami, and Fox was showing the game in general across the country, that they wouldn't show it in the greater San Jose and greater Miami markets. Thus Apple's subscription is the workaround. Right?
