The whole Karma thing is weird. I can't even see people's Karma count anymore.
EDIT - after I made this post, all the Karma counts came back. Odd.

Hey appledoc, we do have that 20/100-day cross, right? Maybe on the dividend adjusted numbers, but not with what I have. The 20 day is going to be trending down tomorrow unless we close above 460.71. But the 100 day should be trending down even more, so cross could come tomorrow. Really great recovery. I'm glad I jinxed the sell off when I sold my spreads. I'll buy back in above 465.

Institutional Ownership up another .01%. That's the third increase in the last 3 weeks. Trend?

Why is AAPL down? The anti-trust/price fixing trial started today. Opening Statements will give the markets a clearer view of the issues. Once the jitters have been dealt with (today's selloff is an over reaction), I believe AAPL will return to its upward trend line. Why was AAPL down? I made a screenshot (this is what I look at all day long... ) :

More importantly, why is Sponge's karma down to 2? That's more volatile than a penny stock. So is mine. Who'd I piss off (other than just about everyone at one time or another)? There is a rumor that you and Sponge are smiting each other....A smite war could be more destructive than a wedding on Game of Thrones.

How can you _read_ all that, iPad?!
Also, if that's all Java...I shudder to think of the CPU load, to say nothing of battery life...
Far as AAPL, I'm not happy it decided to "follow the market" today but at least the distance between it and the SPY narrowed at the close. Still holding up well so far, which is constructive.

And that's just a portion of my screen. ;D It's the colors -- I use the same colors for the SMAs, so I can tell at a glance what's happening. I was just glad AAPL followed the market UP, seeing how it followed the market DOWN on Friday, exacerbated by OE, of course.

Iradio appears to be gathering steam...ad crew on board.... www.macrumors.com/2013/06/03/apples-iad-staff-preparing-to-handle-iradio-advertising-duties/Apple's iAd engineers and sales personnel are preparing to handle new advertising duties to support Apple's new streaming music service nicknamed iRadio, Bloomberg reports. Apple hopes to launch the major new advertising-supported initiative next week at WWDC. In an extensive report, citing 'people familiar with the changes', Bloomberg reports that the company has been negotiating with major advertising companies to line up exclusive launch advertisers, similar to when it launched iAd in 2010. Apple intends to make its new radio service free to users and supported by advertising, similar to how Pandora’s mobile app works, people familiar with the plans said. The new service will be different from Apple’s iTunes in that the songs played won’t be limited to what a user has purchased, and listeners won’t own the songs they stream for free. The shift in iAd’s focus to buttress the music service is being made by Eddy Cue, the senior vice president who oversees iTunes, App Store and iAd, as well as Todd Teresi, whom Apple hired last year from Adobe Systems Inc. to lead the company’s advertising business. When iAd launched, it was envisioned mainly as a way to help developers earn money on the iOS platform. With the expansion to audio ads for iRadio, iAd is going into new territory for the company. As it stands, iAd revenue remains a drop in the bucket for the company. Bloomberg says that Apple has enticed advertisers to iAd by mentioning the data it holds for targeting users, including purchased movies, music, apps, books and more. The site also says the iRadio service will launch later this year alongside the public release of iOS 7, much the same way that iTunes Match was announced at WWDC but was released months later.

Maybe that rep I spoke to on the phone last Friday (which I mentioned to the group - remember?) was on to something. I was made to feel like something different and possibly bigger than usual might be happening next week ....who knows...could be.

I was made to feel like something different and possibly bigger than usual might be happening next week ....who knows...could be. Not expecting more than the following hardware that would need more support staff: New MacBook Pros, Airs along with iOS7 and OSX. New Apple TV? Possible. MacPro? Possible. The new WWDC app was released today. Mark your calendar: Next Monday. 10am - 12pm. Again, the new iOS7 aesthetic is really short on color, but at least Apple appears to have removed the gradient in the gray. I'm still not loving the monochromatic choices, however. NEED more color!!!!

How is it compared to this? (WWDC 2012 app, iOS 5 vintage):

Ah, remember the days when Macs were the "One More Thing"?
Betcha Mac Pro is preannounced just as long as Intel's latest chips at least have confirmed final specs.

Sure seems like it to me.
Still not sure what I think about iRadio possibly debuting at WWDC. We don't need 20-30 minutes of a revolutionary music service demo for an event like that, even if some big-name artist does a set at the end of the keynote. It'll be fun for the devs and us keynote watchers, but iRadio and the stock price?

Digitimes has less credibility than Eric "Do No Evil" Schmidt. However, as much as it would make sense for Apple to release iPad 5 and iPad Mini RD simultaneously, it's possible that Apple needs more time with the latter and that iPad 5 benefits from not sharing the spotlight with its popular, diminutive sibling.
I'm really looking forward to iPad 5 more than iPad Mini 2; I need/want the bigger keyboard for my fat fingers.
