Regarding demand/supply balance...
Fabulous Spouse and I confirmed that the iPhone 5s is available for the asking, at least in the Cambridge Apple Store, for both the Space Grey and (YES!) Champagne models (Gold is BEST!). With the buyback for our 4S's, the whole thing only cost us about 100 bucks. Now of course that includes a new 2 year Verizon contract, but that was a given.
We are pleased that Christmas came a little early at our house this year. ;D
...and yes, Touch ID is very cool!

This is the second Google employee I am aware of that left Google for a government office. Must tighten down my tinfoil hat, I am not comfortable with this.
