Remember Amazon's phone announcement on Wed may make us drop. Why would that happen? It seems that it is going to be a very gimmicky phone with direct links into all of Amazon's services. So another sales tool for the Amazon machine. But we shall see...

For the love of Pete - if AMZN's phone makes us drop that will be the ultimate insult....I'm cringing!

I don't think we have to worry about the new Bozo phone, as it will compete in the race-to-the-bottom market. Sammy should be concerned, not Apple.

I heard the Amazon phone has 3D printer to create your merchandize at exact time of sale.

Big fat 10 day rejection. Is that the prequel to My Big Fat Greek Wedding?

The 9% part is because it's TSLA. As an SUV, with AWD, plus promising <5 sec 0-60 on the high-end model, there's gonna have to be a substantial hit to range with the same top-end battery capacity. We'll see about how much.

You all know how insane Stocktwits is - people just say anything. No rationale -a simple "the stock is going up 10 points today" but nothing to base it on - just the urge to blurt it out. So I'm reading thru a few and saw this and burst out laughing:
Civil war in Iraq could hurt sales of iPhones in that country. Could be devastating to Apple
I'm still laughing

Iraq has bigger concerns than iPhones and LTE coverage, unfortunately.
I used to think you couldn't do much worse than the infamous Yahoo! Finance message boards. StockTwits sometimes rivals the quality of discussion.

Gruber does a good job reporting on Apple, but the incessant pimping of his "Vesper" app is annoying. First, it ain't that great and secondly, at 5 bucks it's overpriced, not to mention the utility is marginal (I guess that's thirdly...).
Give it a rest, John; it should have been embarrassing a long time ago.
