I love my iPhone 5s. I can't see myself buying an iPhone 6, regardless of screen size....but I could be swayed. The 5s will run ios8 perfectly well, and so the issue is going to be hardware functionality. My contract has a year to run..
I know JD and Mercel are lining up for the 6....are others who love their 5s's going to buy a 6 for certain? Or is it just too early to know?

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 23, 2014-- (NASDAQ: AMZN)—Amazon today announced that in the week following the introduction of Prime Music, Prime members streamed tens of millions of songs—that’s millions of hours of music—and added tens of millions of songs and more than a million Prime Playlists to their music libraries, for free. Prime Music launched on June 12, giving millions of U.S. Prime members unlimited, ad-free access to over a million songs at no additional cost to their membership. Prime Music is the latest benefit of Amazon Prime and joins unlimited Free Two-Day Shipping on more than 20 million items, unlimited streaming of tens of thousands of popular movies and TV episodes through Prime Instant Video and access to more than 500,000 books to borrow for free with the Kindle Owners’ Lending Library. “Prime members across the country have been rockin’ out this week, exceeding our expectations for how well this new benefit would be received,” said Steve Boom, VP of Digital Music for Amazon. “We’re humbled and thrilled to see just how enthusiastically customers have responded to this service. We’re looking forward to continuing to add new artists, albums and playlists so we can keep Prime members singing, dancing, driving, working out and rocking to their favorite music.” Most listened-to Prime Playlists: 1. 50 Great Epic Classic Rock Songs 2. Pop to Make You Feel Better 3. 50 Great Classic Rock Songs 4. Feel Good Country 5. I <3 Pop Hits 6. ‘80s Dance Floor Fillers 7. 50 Great ‘80s Rock Songs 8. 50 Great ‘90s Alternative Songs 9. Glee Cast’s Top Songs 10. 50 Great Pop Songs of the 2000s phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=176060&p=irol-newsArticle&ID=1941764&highlight=I wonder what a million songs played costs AMZN? It appears to me that most active prime members are in their 50s-60 WHAT SAY YOU?

I'm keeping my Space Gray 5s and will replace the Gold 5s with a 4.7" model. I tried the 5.5" copycat model and it was just too big. Apple is going to crush it with iPhone 6.

Serious question: What do you think women and girls are going to buy? I'm astonished, really, how many women I see with larger handsets (e.g. SGs and Notes). Size seems to matter across the gender divide.

Serious question: What do you think women and girls are going to buy? I'm astonished, really, how many women I see with larger handsets (e.g. SGs and Notes). Size seems to matter across the gender divide. The larger size is certainly more useful when trying to get something off the web. As a phone though, there is something fundamentally unappealing about holding a slab up to your head. Once again it comes down to.."it's not how big it is, it is how you use it"

Not that there is any thing wrong with that but they aren't buying a lot of high end smart phones.

"I hate temporal mechanics."
AAPL's "bearish" by some measures, but the floor really hasn't fallen out from under it yet. Today might've been a good day for bears to attack, and the best they could do was 9 basis points of downside.
Could still happen, but not yet.

FYI, here are two charts. One is the daily chart with the black candle at the recent high at 95. And, if you look at all other candle highs after that, they all go lower. Also, the stock took out its recent low of 90.88. All of these are signs that it is in correction mode IMO. No one knows how low it will go, but, possibly to 85 where there is a lot of support (also support at 90ish). The 50-SMA is at 85.80. I hope it doesn't go this low because it sets the stock up for a possible Head & Shoulders formation on any rebound. The second chart is the Monthly AAPL chart that has two dojis in two positions that mark the highs....one from September 2012 (we know all about that one), and one from the recent 95 high. If the stock bounced hard this week, that doji would change. I thought it was interesting that there are no other dojis in 20 years on the AAPL monthly chart. I've never used the monthly chart much. I just thought the doji positions were interesting. Please do not trade on this info. A lot of things can change these charts.

Check EW thread. Regain SMA20 --> likely retrace is done and can buy for a good short term gain.
