Heat check at 9AM at 110.85 off about 1.50 pre market with all indexes off roughly .80% - 1%
AAPL is heavily oversold on the hourly chart. Not a reason to go long in and of itself but putting it out there.
Trade/invest em good today folks!

I couldn't resist a small nibble when it touched the 50 day.

I couldn't resist a small nibble when it touched the 50 day. Legged into some options too. Liked the 110.25 level. I front ran it yesterday...stay patient! lol.

I nibbled as well ... Thinking it can bounce here ... Patience is a virtue I front ran. Changed my stop. Averaged down. Pretty strong belief that first fib holds for strongly trending stock. Let's hope I'm right. Hold this fib and the extension is 130 ish.

PED is describing the blood suckers who are suing Apple in the iPod class action suit. These guys and gals have no shame. It's a dirty business and there's no pretense to righting any wrong. It's a money scam, pure and simple. I'm a little surprised the Bar doesn't reign in this kind of crap, if for no other purpose than to protect the profession's reputation. fortune.com/author/philip-elmer-dewitt/

Nice job those who BTFD. Tried, but spread orders didn't fill despite being at NBBO price when AAPL was below 111.

But here's all you need to know about why there will be no serious reform until, at the earliest, January 2017.
